Good workout but I don't have the time to do this video for 3 to 4 rounds i.e the whole video 9 to 12 times. Far too long. Just repeating it 3x is enough.
Enjoyed the stretches and gave a thumbs up 👍🏼 However, if I were to come back to your videos I’d prefer less talk when in the stretches. Ofc all the ques are important, but the constant talk in between was stressing me out a bit and made it harder to connect mentally to the muscles when in the stretches. Wish you all the best!
Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤️
This is great! Thanks for providing an accessible workout ! Some constructive criticism - slow down. I’m a regular exerciser but had to pause the video to get through the reps effectively. I could have done them at your speed, but that wouldn’t provide the same level of difficulty you get from pulling through the resististe slowly, especially on the second half of the rep. Like my PT always says - muscle growth happens during the return phase of the exercise. Thanks again! I really enjoyed it.
