Can you please tell me the name of knife you are using? Or link it here please? It looks like the blade is straight - not curved. When I look online they all seem curved which makes cutting more difficult. Thank you

Thanks for the video. Please note that mushrooms contain vitamin D2 and not D3. Vitamin D2 helps Calcium to be digested. D2 is the entry of the Calcium into the organism. D3 helps the osteocblasts to build bones.

Perhaps it's due to overcooking or a high oven temperature. The trick to baking well is to bake slowly and at a low temperature, so give it a try.

Beginner here, may I ask? What did you sprinkle at the beginning? Why put cucumber on hot water then ice cold water?

The first thing I sprinkled was salt. The reason is that it has various effects such as smoothing the surface and making colors more vivid. The reason why I soak it in ice water is that it gives it a better texture and taste, and it also makes the color more beautiful. Thank you for always watching!
