Bringing you content on Animal Flow, Breathwork (when i get round to it) and mobility, to help you to move, breathe and feel better in your physical body
Do you work with sticks? For mobility or you do just CARs in the morning. What are your thoughts about equipment for full body mobility or it it would be better to work just with your body and feelings
@@primalintegr8_uk yes I do. Recently I started using the stick but just wooden one for full body mobility in the morning or evening. I’ve a feeling that I feel my body signals better 🤔
That's exactly what I needed. Some light versions of those movements just for warm ups and movement drills in a comfort zone for my body. Thanks for your explanation and content... Maybe its not appropriate but It would be interesting, what do you do in the morning after waking up in terms of movements to feel good? Or what would you suggest? CAR's, stick mobility or something from animal flow?
Great question, personally my morning routine is sit and tune into my breathing, grounding outside, gratitude 🙏🏻 and then CARS, depending on my energy levels, I would do something like the 10 minute session 👍
The best guide for beginners… I think animal flow would be good for improving posture and fix some muscle imbalances (for me it is uneven hips and wing scapulas😊) and it also would be good for morning routine after waking up. What’s your opinion about it
Great comment, it all depends on where someone is at mobility and strength wise. great for some people, not for others. Animal Flow movements have variations that can make them more accessible for someone 👍
@@primalintegr8_uk Good advice, thanks. I'm doing a beginner movement practice at the moment. I forgot to mention, I"m 67 and transitioning away from a lifetime of lifting weights. Probably should have made that move 5 - 7 years ago, but here I am.
thats awesome I'm 52 and was pretty bust up with too much Crossfit and martial arts. Animal flow really helped my body to recover, although it took a couple of years. So it's good you're trying to take care of yourself @@The-Contractor
Hi Kamila, hey it’s a reasonable question, imagine if your wearing a belt, imagine the buckle on the belt, when doing unload, bring the buckle closer to your belly button, this is a good cue towards moving your back more into flexion. Hope this helps, thanks for watching 👍
