This workout can be done in a small space.
Animal Flow is a ground based movement system and gives you the ability to move your body without equipment in your own home and in a small space and get a right good workout.
This is a 15 minute video that has a pretty quick warm up, then straight into the demonstration, followed by the short flow.
As always you should never push through pain and do the movements if your comfortable with your current mobility.
Call out for the flow is :
Set ape
Ape reach - open
Pop back to loaded beast
Right leg front kick through
Jump to right leg front step - through
Pop back to ape
Repeat on the other side.... enjoy
