I really enjoyed this interview, it was good to hear Megan just talking about things other than MMA and being vulnerable sharing her past experiences with us, i feel like many people could probably relate to her and what she's been through. She is looking great! very happy to see her succeeding and staying strong 🙏😍
Man's search for meaning is one of my favorite books too, I personally made a short video summerizing the good quotes from it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-exLOGqfNtyM.html
Needs to work on hitting more vertical and higher on the hips. He is pulling from almost clean position. So that means he is leaning forward and not under the bar when he is jumping and pulling. This should be a simple thing to look at and see. One of the most important ques when snatching and cleaning. If you are hitting low around your knees on a clean you are pulling and jumping early, the snatch should be about at the pelvic bone. Never once does he hit triple extension, which is why they are doing this drill. By pulling early he is using his upper body and the bounce of his legs is why he is asking if the bar is to far away when he is bouncing it off his thighs. CMC if you need some real oly training I got you.
ngl this video is worth more than a few hundred, excellent exercises. I´m looking forward to try them out. Nowadays the videos with good mobility activities are about 80% talking the basics and 20% of the video is showing 3 exercises, here you have the whole training
What a loss for the Milwaukee Bucks! They let go of an excellent player who is compassionate, caring, giving, and oh so wise! What an asset to have in a team and the Celtics clearly saw it. 🍀
As a Celtics fan, always respected him as a Milwaukee Buck and I remember him in Philly and he was awesome. Now that he has come to the Celtics and won a championship and is now a 2x champ, can’t appreciate and thank him enough. True leader, much respect and just an absolute dawg. God Bless him and his whole family 🙏🏻
As a fellow Los Angeles native, UCLA Bruin and now Boston-area Celtics fan, I love that Jrue is a Celtic. Selfless, elite 2x champion, great teammate and great family man.
Jrue is a man who shows what living a christian life is about. Every time I hear him speak I know that he is a class act. His parents did him right. I am happy that he plays for the Celtics and hopefully will for the rest of his career. Without him, we do not win the 18th banner.
I already knew he was the smartest player on the court for the Celtics. This interview shows me that he’s probably also the smartest off the court. Plus he has a strong character and good values. All-around top-notch guy.
