Missed opportunity with the dongle not being used via dock pass through. Unshielded USB 3 is All too common in third party peripherals especially docks for things like handheld PC gaming devices. The pass-through allows a quick and easy escape from interference with the bonus of usually getting the dongle right out in the open with a clear line of sight to your controller.
anyone know how good the gyro is? i bought the armor x pro adapter for an xbox controller before and the gyro was almost useless for FPS aiming type stuff. i tried every setting combination and it would either drift too much or else not react to small movements. this controller seems to be ticking all the boxes for me so it would be great if the gyro was actually useable
Again with the horrible 4 back button placements. Do these manufacturers never learn? You need to be able to press all 4 buttons without lifting off another finger to reach another button in an awkward position!!
Can you review EasyMXS M05?? since in my country EasyMXS M05 and gamesir galileo have kinda the same price just different 8 or 10 dollar and that make me confuse what should i buy😅
I would have preferred to see them compared against Eneloop rechargeable AAs. Those are the current standard and they are so good that I am annoyed when electronics use built-in rechargeable battery packs that cannot be removed or are hard to remove. When devices use normal AA or AAA batteries, it's awesome because the Eneloop rechargables are so good. They even hold 70%+ of their charge over 7 years, solving one of the biggest problems we used to have with rechargeable batteries.
Still can't seem to get a straight answer for this, but does using MiSTer's HDMI port add any additional latency? Some Say 1 frame(16ms), some say you can adjust it to get it even lower, or there's some people saying it actually adds 1-3 frames of lag. Not interested in sticking with CRT anymore. I want to get a smaller 43" QD-LED (Samsung QN90D - 2024) and pair it with a MiSTer. Or worst case scenario, FPGA consoles with EverDrives.
@@VKsChannel On average, seems like modern QD-OLED & LED TV's have around 10ms of lag at 60fps. For me, that's already enough latency, combined with a low latency controller. MiSTer seems better suited for CRT for lag-sticklers, where as FPGA consoles like the AVS, Super Nt, Mega SG & Duo should get the job done with modern displays since they are lag free over HDMI. Still no perfect solution! :P
have this controller for over 6 monts... let me tell u is better than the xbox x that i have, after 6 monts have stick drift on xbox controller, this one nothing , i play eafc24 on UT, so yeah this controller is used like 40-50 games a week, and still work perfect, no problem with him, only downside is u have to switch to xbox input every time u plug in, i use usb, but the cable from xbox... the one that u got DONT USE, is verry bad and my cable start burning.... so yes verry cheap matierial, unless that the noise is preatty louder, the button fell cheap but i dont mind it, but on 13 euro that i paid on aliexpress it worth every penny, i still wait to see how will work after 1 year, make sure after 5-6 months to clean the dust in the controller, its verry easy to aseembly back.
Kill me, but I prefer AA batteries or rechargeable kits to internal ones. Thats one of the reasons why I always prefered the xbox controllers rather than ps4 or ps5. If you had 4 rechargeable batteries, you had a pair always ready to switch mid game. With the ps4/5 you either have to go wired which can be uncomfortable or you need another controller altogether which is dumb. That combined with the bigger capacity gives you way longer gaming sessions. Not no mention it also makes the controller last longer, because you never will have to disassemble it in case the battery dies or goes bad.
Hi, I'm trying to buy this controller for a fair price but there is no good seller, question : If I buy the Vader 3 is there any difference? The price is the same and the publication is not clear
It's a shame about the back buttons requiring you to practically squeeze the controller to actuate compared to any other 'pro' controller. Returning them ASAP.
Recently got mine and man, I should’ve bought one of these years ago, like the Ayn Odin but didn’t bother thinking oh Im fine with my Android phone and iPad. Recently the thought of buying a handheld came to mind for whatever reason, perhaps I just think it’s time to try one. Thought of going for the Steam deck or Rog Ally but too bulky and battery life isn’t all that great, almost go sold cuz it can emulate PS3 but eh, Steam would’ve had said PS3 games like Spec Ops The Line and Metal Gear Rising. Plus I wanted portability and landed on this device, it was on sale on Aliexpress, shipped within the US and got mine yesterday. Spent the whole day downloading games, roms, configuring settings and once all of that was done, I f**king love this thing! 😂 The OLED is beautiful and I’m not one of those, “OLED or nope” types. This has become my primary machine for handheld gaming and using streaming services like Remote play and Gamepass. I don’t play many Android games let alone Gangrene Impact, I do play Honkai Star Rail as well as Honkai Impact 3rd and the former runs fine while the latter runs pretty well. I’m upset the iPad has native controller support but Android is non existent. Sure there’s the button mapper, hell, it even has presets for those. I also played Nikke on it, doesn’t look fine in horizontal mode but least I can hook up to my TV and much better. Was disappointed Yugioh Duel Links didn’t have horizontal mode, even tho some goober said it’s a literal tablet, LIES! It’s a phone in the form of a handheld but foolish me lol. Deleted it and sticked with the phone and iPad versions. Megaman X Dive ran great. Surprisingly I have enough storage left. Oh also used PSPlay (PS remote play) and Gamepass and yeah, you should expect them to work fine that is if you have good internet. Beats having a PS Portal honestly. Maybe an Xbox but ehh it’s better owning games. As for emulators, I did run into stutters with some games on Dolphin but when I tried them on the MMJR2 version, they ran fine. When I tried the games that ran fine on Dolphin, they struggled on MMJR2. Yes I messed with the settings with little success so I’ll be using both whenever I feel like playing a game. As for PS2, they ran pretty well. GBA and DS, flawlessly. Have yet to try Vita and 3DS but eh, I’m good. I saved the roms on a 64gb until realizing that they almost took all the space on it so grabbed a 200gb I had stored and took a while to move all that and now I’m good.
Funny enough, the thing I both like the most and the least about this controller is the new stick design. On the one hand, the modules are genuinely quite innovative in their design, and FlyDigi deserves kudos for coming up with such a clever stick module. That said, I can't help but worry that the abundance of plastic materials in these modules, particularly in the tension mechanism, may make these liable to break. I have seen at least a couple of posts on reddit about parts in these sticks breaking or cracking, and I can't help but think that FlyDigi needs to use sturdier, more flexible materials that are more resistant to mechanical stress if they want to continue with this stick module design.
Thanks for sharing the best shaders for this screen (5.5" 1080p amoled)! I was searching on google and reddit on the best shaders that would look nice on this screen, but popular shaders that worked on the common 640x480 screens or 720p/4k shaders that worked for LCD screens don't look nice on this 5.5" 1080p amoled. Really apt video title about "what nobody told you about it"!
