Guys please do not do it Untill you know the actual position and method, because even a smaller mistake or slightly wrong position can cause asymmetrical face, initially it would be less but after sometime you will realise discomfort in your mouth and jaw. Trust me it’s worst thing, would be better if don’t do it Untill you are ready for consequences. Just a friend advise based on experiences.
My problem is I'm 40 with chronic arthritis so even the "ratchet strap" pop for me is usually my patellar tendon getting caught on a bone spur. Hurts really bad but it hasn't exploded on me 😂. So some of the techniques can help my posture a little but my knees are stage 4 so stuff like 12:10 would involve me hitting the floor and needing assistance 😂.
I got surgery to fix this. Sometimes, it's beyond excercises, especially for people with rigid feet. I had this problem since I was 11. Well I noticed at 10. It only got worse. I had three surgeries in 1. I had achilles lengthening, my foot moved inward and stretched down. It was the best decision 2 years later. I have to get this other one done now. My foot is an inch smaller and is completely straight.
@@cooldrinkofwaterr. You should do stretching exercises everyday it will help you , I would like to suggest you to search on RU-vid ,20 min yoga to fix knock knees u will find a video with 200k views and the channel name is siddhi Yoga It's in Hindi language but u can use Subtitles and I followed what the teacher said and I'm feeling good. People there have got results in 2 months and some in 29 days it depends on your situation and U have to do yoga every day
That’s a fair take and in a lot of my shorts I do. In this one I wanted to offer perspective and theory rather than jump cutting half baked exercises into 20 seconds. If people felt intrigued there’s a 15 minute video to explore.
I have swayback and my life is stress. This was an amazing find. I’m glad I subscribed. THANK YOU for this vid. I like kettlebells too. I look forward to seeing more 👍👍🙏
Hey Mark! Love your videos as always. I have a weird question but somehow I feel it is worth giving a thought. Can Nordic curls help fix knee hypertextension because the position we are in during the Nordic curls somehow feels to be fixing hypertextended knees. Please reply it would help a lot!
I think they can definitely help if done with good quality. I’d also recommend taking some of that feedback you get in them through the hamstrings and applying it to a variety of movements.
Not sure if you have videos already on strengthening the erector spinae muscles, going to look after this but if not I’d love if you could make one on the topic!
Idk what it is about my brain but it loves to add words that aren’t there and I guess letters too(I frequently have to do double takes when reading lol🤷🏾♀️) .. any way I say all that, to say .. I’ve been calling you Mark Suzuki for idk how long but I finally read it correct today .. Thanks for all the great tips, you’ve helped me work through several issues, my posture appreciates you❤
Sir my left leg fractured and became lightly shorter than right leg, I am very difficult to walk. Please say some exercise to correct it without operation
I had anterior that turned into swayback, then I started to have a slouch posture that I forced into an “upright” posture which made everything worse, do I have a big curve in my lower back, super bad swayback. What should I do??
