Cooking is my passion and I would like to share all international recipes I learned over the years living in the most multicultural city of London. Coming from East Europe and married to Moroccan husband and having many friends from all over the world gave me the opportunity to learn loads of international recipes.
Many of my recipes are of Mediterranean origin, so I created Mediterranean playlist for you.
I am not a chef, but my passion for cooking is there and I want to share this with you. We learn all life, that never stops. I like new challenge.
I try to eat healthy, but I don't mind to treat my family once in a while with nice treat. You can eat healthy and delicious at the same time.

@@emahorna1207 musíte ju nechať trošku stuhnúť. Podľa toho koľko mám času. Niekto si robí skôr a nechá stuhnúť na stole. Ak potrebujete stuhnúť rýchlejšie, tak dajte do chladničky na chvíľku ale nie dlho. Ak stuhne moc nebudete môcť s ňou pracovať.
I had to try the famous Dubai chocolate with kataifi and pistachio filling and I didn't regret it 😍 You will need: Some butter 100g of kataifi, cut to small pieces 200g pistachios (or pistachio paste) - I made it myself Chocolate - white, milk and dark (plus some chocolate coloring) Mix your pistachio in strong mixer until in become a paste. It will happen, just keep mixing. Fry your cut kataifi on a pan with melted butter until golden. Add pistachio paste and mix. Melt your white chocolate and decorate your cupcake cups in lines. Color the test of white chocolate with green and decore some more. Then fill in the cupcake cups with melted milk and dark chocolate the desirable hight. Put in the fringe to harden. Fill in the cups with the filling and cover with rest of the chocolate. Let cool in the fringe. Ten bujón som tam nedal, je to samá chémia. Vývar je cool. A ja kúpim čerstvé mäso a si ho na mlynčeku pomeliem. No a samozrejme pridávam popraženu na maličké kúsky slaninu. Deti to milujú. A malý si dáva aj kečup herec jeden. Ináč cukor pridáme len tak trošku zo dve kávové ližice. Mňam
