Great and hilarious review, Rocky. I love campy horror films centered around camps. I didn't even know Tubi made original content, so this is pretty cool. I'll check it out since i like the premise.
We just found out Tubi makes content ourselves not long ago lol, I'm guessing they only recently tossed money towards it. Thanks man! Lmk what u think lol

The film definitely feels a lot like a schlocky horror from the 80s, with an over the top premise, setting, and characters to really blast through the comedic roof. Let me be immediately honest with you, in many ways I would not call this film great, I wouldn't even call it good. However, the parts of the film that do work, work so exceedingly well that it kept me engaged throughout it's runtime. The film is clearly running on a low budget, which is what we can chalk the poor camera quality and cinematography upto. However, the actors here gave their all, and on top of that the VFX team was spot on with this one. The scenes that called for it had some amazing action bits and gore and was just a fun time. The dialogue and premise are so insane and funny, that it really sets the whole film up for an intriguing playthrough. I would definitely say however, the whodunit elements are exceedingly obvious. AS a horror comedy though, this film is fantastic. It's also free to watch, so there's a plus too. 3/4 stars. Let us know what you thought, and any suggestions of what to watch in the comments below. My brother was extremely competitive when it came to Halo so I had to find an alternative to play and chose Killzone. I still to this day love this franchise and really would love to see a full remake of the original trilogy.

That Nintendo Direct was fantastic. I loved Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario, so i'm looking forward to the new Mari & Luigi rpg game. Dragon Quest III HD looked gorgeous with the pixel art. Never played any of the DQ games before DQ 8 on PS2, so it will be a new experience for me. Perfect Dark is a great addition to Switch online, especially with the remake being revealed a couple days ago at Xbox event. Turok was the first game i played on N64 as a kid, alongside WCW/NWO World Tour. So nostalgic. I'm not a huge fighting game fan but i did love the Marvel vs Capcom crossover series. So i may get that. Its cool to see Zelda as the main character in the Echoes of Wisdom game. She has a unique playstyle with using her wand. The Ace Attorney collection looks fun. Loved the first trilogy back on GBA. Metroid Prime 4 looked amazing and alot of other games shown that interested me.
I completely agree this was definitely an all around fantastic showcase. I haven't played through any of the Dragon Quest games either but am excited to play through the Erdrick trilogy. Hopefully with Nintendo allowing M rated classics on the Switch we possibly get Conker's Bad Fur Day on the Switch. Still do this day it's one my favorite platformers. I'm not particularly a fan of the art sryle but it's cool you get to play as Zelda. As a Persona fan The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy has me excited because it looks like it got a lot of influence from the game series. I don't know really anyone who even remembers WCW Vs. NWO World Tour. I always selected two characters consistently Ultimo Dragon and DDP. WCW vs NWO Revenge, WrestleMania, and No Mercy are all games I would love to play on the go with the Switch with online multiplayer.
The new Dragon age game looks cool as hell man. Really liked the reveal, combat looks interesting and i think i'll play Inquisition again so i don't miss out on the story because its been a while since i last played it
Chapters: 00:00: The Primevals 02:20: Process Of Completion 04:47: Final Thoughts Today Rocky discusses the film The Primevals. This is a very unique and interesting film. It is shot using what looks like old school techniques, and made to look like old school cameras; yet the reason it looks this way might not be what you expect. The film does not utilize these looks due to inspiration, or attempt to make an old school aesthetic. The film was actually shot in 1994, 30 years ago. The film sat dormant for many years after the creator of Full Moon Pictures passed away. However, after much effort from his son and various industry friends they were able to finish the film on a measely $40,000 and massive help from volunteer filmmakers, editors, and special effects artists. What do you guys think of this film? Let us know what you thought, and any suggestions of what to watch in the comments below. Thanks for watchin!
A 2.5/4 isnt a dislike 🤣 but fr lol woulda been a 4/4 if it werent for that ending. I mentioned at the end tho its still worth a watch and its good thru the literal end
@@SmokinSessions I forgor you did /4 I just saw 'my final score is 2.5' and the 'wasted potential' thumbnail and the first negative opinion i seen for the film lol. Better than Atlas and that Pancake movie tho
Lol that makes perfect sense, the thumb while accyrate cuz i think the ending is a waste def is meant to be a lil cheeky clickbait. Jason tried to force me to watch Atlas and I REFUSED lmao I will NOT be subjected to more horrible J-Lo films lmao
Chapters: 00:00: Introduction 00:47: SPOILER FREE REVIEW 04:30: SPOILERS START | Movie Breakdown 11:10: Bad Ending Today Rocky discusses the recent Netflix release with Glen Powell and Adria Arjona. Glen Powell plays a highschool teacher who moonlights as a fake hit man for the police. His job is to try to get people who are buying a hit man to give him the money so that they can be arrested. The film was very solid up until the ending. The film repeatedly set up multiple threads that ultimately never lead anywhere. Which considering the way these characters are set up, makes very little sense. The film was fun nonetheless but it fell very flat at the end. What do you guys think? Did you enjoy this film? Let us know what you thought, and any suggestions of what to watch in the comments below. Thanks for watchin!
The Veil Guard looks incredible and I'm cool with the fast paced combat. It definitely reminded me of the very first God of War on PS2 and running through the city as Ares destroys everything around you. The customization options appear robust, and sound wise both the voice actors and the score are top tier. It might end up being the worst Dragon Age ever, it might be the worst, or maybe it's just an okay game. We won't know until we actually play it. I do appreciate the no microtransactions and the ability to play offline it's rare AAA developers/publishers have something so minimal for single player games nowadays so it shouldn't go unnoticed.
