Hey, at 1:10 just FYI Etihad is not part of OneWorld, Royal Air Maroc and Etihad just share codes. Qatar Airways is a part of OneWorld in the gulf area

Just found this channel. Great video and very insightful. I like how you explain the best transfer partner! It's so interesting that Etihad has a much better award chart with royal Air maroc as Alaska airlines miles on this airline are worthless!

Thanks for the review. Just booked with Royal Air Maroc IAD-CMN in May - through it's currently showing the old business class on the 787-800. Hope they switch it to this newer aircraft!

You will be on a dreamliner for sure. I’m going from Casablanca to Istanbul in march in a Dreamliner too. Really good cause they make groups of only two seats, even in the middle aisle in the business class. So it’s perfect for couples. But great too if you travel alone, you have more privacy.

Etihad is not a part of OneWorld. They just contract their lounge out for other airlines to use.

I had AA points to use for my group trip to Casablanca! I used 57,500 points and $98 for taxes! So I did score one way in business class on the way back CMN to JFK leg before going home! Which seat should I chose if I am by myself? I was thinking 1A I am hoping I can get a cash upgrade or points upgrade on the way there

You keep saying 44000 do you mean 440,000 points? Bc I thought the conversion rate was 100miles for $1

You can use 44,000 Etihad miles to fly on Royal Air M. The transfer rate is 1000 to 1000.

I look on the ethiad for a random flight that cost 3450 and when I tried to use points the ask for 356,000 points + $503 am I doing something wrong? Bc my actual flight cost around that much and I have about 200,000 points on Amex

@@jordanjeune2633 you can't book Royal Air M with Etihad miles online. You have to call to do this. You also have to fly from MIA, YUL, IAD, or JFK to Casablanca then get a separate flight to other places in Morocco. You can reach out to me directly and I can assist. pointsdiva@gmail.com
