Day 4-means we are midway through our challenge. So today we are going to slow down our role with a gentle yoga practice. Sometimes our slower gentle practices can be tougher than our fast-paced ones as it means we are meet with our thoughts. But trust that each practice is exactly what you need on any given day and allow yourself to meet yourself on all levels-including in the slower moments.
In yoga and any form of movement practice, it's important to listen to your body and its needs. Modify and adapt poses to work for you, and if you feel any sort of short sharp pains, then that is a sign you need to move out of the pose. Tune in and listen to your bodies wisdom as we practice together today. As I am not you-nor am I with you, it's your responsibility to adjust and adapt to your needs.
