i have a m2 mac book air and my only thing about it is keeping it clean. 1st the color Midnight its so good looking but looks grimy after use. 2nd the hinge, it gets sand that my dog tracks inside the house inside the hinge and when i pick it up from the hinge side it makes a loud cracking sound. but other wise perfect.
Debit cards do work for autopay. I put my cash app card on there and go in and manually pay with my credit card prior to my due date so I can get my cash back / points.
I do t have an Apple Watch, but looking at getting one and holding out for the X. But, the magnetic connector concerns me with it snagging and pulling the band off. Maybe it’s just me, yup I think so.
Beautifully made video, excellent commentary. It's all very true, you're very conscious of a reality made so strong from apple that everyone simply gets trapped in it mentally speaking. It's very important to become this conscious so we can develop control over our consumerism of technology, to use them NOT AS A CONSUMMERIST, but as a PERSON WITH NEEDS and these are TOOLS, well, at least should be mainly. IF they are not used as tools, then the tools become us. This is so important to acknowledge.
3:51 what is Apple already cloud-processing instead of on-device? I thought the explanation for why Siri is so bad was precisely that Apple was keeping all the data on-device and thus not having access to the same computing power or building up the same caliber of LLM as the others?
I've even sent an email to Cook begging him to allow us to dualboot MacOS on it (and relaunch the "BootCamp" brand), it's such a wasted opportunity. It took Microsoft less time to write Prism and make Windows software ARM compatible than it takes Apple to bring their damn MacOS on already capable hardware. They could simply let the iPad and iPad air continue with iPadOS alone and let the Pros get MacOS on them as well. But let's be clear, the reason they're not doing it isn't the fact that the device is supposed to be between phones and computers, it could still be that with dualboot. The reason is the 30% cut they're taking from every app they sell on the AppStore. This is the reason why the iPad will likely not have MacOS on it in the foreseeable future.
Final Cut Camera is just so great for people like me who wants to record non-ProRes H.265 footage directly to an SSD, and don’t know what to toggle in the Black Magic Cam app. It’s much easier to record good looking footage in the Final Cut Camera app.
I cant believe people are seriously suggesting this shouldnt be free. Like this is just standard camera controls everyone should expect on a flagship device.
it's terrible! when I record my videos in 4K60 with my iPhone XS, it tends to make the Audio delayed by 10 seconds. if anyone here doesn't believe me, I've made a video about that on my channel to prove it.
I want to really like Final Cut camera, but I’ve had a few issues where the app (when I’m plugged into an external microphone) makes my audio sound like a chipmunk and de syncs it. Not sure why this happens, but it’s ruined a few video clips for me that I can’t go back and get
