I’ve setup 3 different input setting for my different guitars. Is there a way to recall them via a midi command, rather than physically changing them on the panel when I change guitars?
I have a Marshall MG10, because it doesn’t have a footswitch, I am thinking of getting this bad boy and use it on the clean Chanel. Would that make sense?
Makes sense to me. That little MG10 doesn’t have a lot in terms of flexibility of tone, so this pedal would definitely give you more. You’ll still only have the 10w speaker, but it’ll work. Worst case you’ll then also have the Guv’nor 🤘🏼
I understand that these pedals are ideal for another more ambient style, but how does it work for playing metal? That is, play with Distortion and use this pedal for solos? it is convenient?
It definitely works as a simple delay. I’ve used it to do exactly what you’re describing. With that said, you can get more convenient delays for what you’re wanting, & you wouldn’t be using this to its potential.
Their importance is entirely up to the individual performer IMO. Personally, I don’t bother with either. If I ever came across a song that would really benefit, then I’d try it out. But meh, doesn’t matter to me.
I am happy to now have a looper for the THR. But sad because I use the THR as an audio interface for my Akai Force, and that requires the USB port on the THR, as does the looper. Unfortunately, I’ll have to choose between the Force and the U looper. Yes, the Force has a built in looper, but sadly, It does not work with a footswitch.
Thanks very much for this. I just got the GT-1000Core, but I've been curious about the Roland Space Echo for a while now. Your video has helped me decide that having a decent facsimile in the Boss modeller itself is enough for what I want to do.
I know this is an older video, but is it possible to use this in a scenario where you can have one rig/path outputting to one of the outputs, and one to the other? I am looking to run two amps with my bass VI; a bass amp and a guitar amp. I'd like to be able to switch between the two depending on what role I'm playing on a song-to-song basis. Will this let me have some 'bass' rigs going to one amp, and 'guitar' rigs going to another, and the ability to switch between them?
Hey man, i appreciate your vids... i have had the headrush pedal board for 3 years now... and cannot stand the muddy sound... I highly doubt its the pedal.board though and definitely the headrush Frfr108 speakers... i tried a bunch of packs and IRs.. even have to put the para EQ on every single pme of them and try to get rid of that muddy sound...and its impossible without thinning it out to almost nothing... and at that end it sounds to weak completely and like crap... what speakers can you recommend or a I doing something wrong....i appreciate any input you may have.... I prefer playing on my computed monitors which are JBL 305s and BiasFX2 elite much more... but i really wanna utilize the pedal board and the studio set upbi have...
Hi Dave. i've been wondering can GT1000 make NoiseSupress be in 1 button like ctrl , so when rythem guitar then NS ON, and when Lead Guitar then NS OFF ?, just like stompbox pedal thank you.
Hey dude. You bet ya. You can do that using the assigns. Another great option is to have the NS react to your input, when you play the Suppressor opens up, when you stop it slowly begins to close.
Dave, thank you for the content-great chops and amazing tones. I also love my GT1000. My only wish is that it would support a long press for functions like tuning or mode switching. This feature would allow for 8 actions per preset. Right now, there are only 4 (realistically 3, because tuner)
Hi. One thing you didn't seem to mention was the loop level. Am I right in assuming there's no loop level control. The RC 500 has faders as does the 300. I'm just wondering how you'd control loop levels, especially in a live situation?.
finally i found you! cool guy who shows all the settings! thank you man! give me more tones like this, i will watch you i have fm 3 but it doesn't change anything. thank you! the rest are all tightwads. thank you!
Great review. This guitar body looks a little bigger than regular Charvel Dinky(DK22/24) models on the site and the horns look somewhat like the San Dimas models. But the site says Dinky body. Can someone please confirm about the body size and horn designs? Thanks
How do I update to double scenes? do I have to plug my headrush into my computer with the USB cable than go on headrush site or press update on my headrush?
You need to download the update from the HeadRush website & update via the USB. I have a few videos that walk through it. Any of my HeadRush firmware updates should have it at the start. 🤘🏼
@@fryer6541 easiest way to do it is on the software editor, there is a save button. On the pedal (you’d need to reference the manual, I don’t remember off hand), you hold a button, select a location and press it again to save.
@@muhammadfitriidris4381 there is a Brit Stack in there, which is basically a Marshall. But I like all the ‘X’ amps for Marshall tones, they all seem to lend themselves to that vibe. The new X-Ultra would probably be my first pick.
@@DaveWebbMusic haha i think i agree with you.. your New X-Ultra review with Gibson really make great and beautiful sound.. i think i will update my boss gt1000 🤭
I might as well ask you, do you have a recomendation for a pedal board? To house the es8, expression, and 5 or 6 standard size pedals? Appreciate you man😊
Thanks dude! Glad you’re watching and enjoying the channel. I’ve been using the Warwick Rockboards. I have 2-3 in various sizes. They’re on an angle and have a space at the back to put in one of their mods for passing through leads. There are tonnes of pedalboards out there, for me this was budget friendly, available, & they’re solid. Works for me.
Whats up Dave😊 So, I purchased the GT Core to use as a desktop peice, but I also ordered the Boss es8 and the seperate expression pedal Do you own the es8? I cant find any videos on it
Yeah I don’t know 🤷🏻♂️ initially I thought it was normal, that the 2nd button would be fx loop or something, but it does nothing. I’m guessing it was grabbed by mistake when packed. A friend bought one a few months after me and he got the single button switch.
This one I walk through the update procedure. Obviously an older video, so make you choose the latest update 🤘🏼 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--9ZVnmhJp4g.htmlsi=Vz3e2A4Hs1JpM9qQ
