I discovered you on yogatx(?) many moons ago. You said whatever you do just keep coming back oto the mat. Well, here I am back on the mat and I feel so much tension in my body but oh does it feel good to just move again. Thank you so much for doing these videos. Have a peaceful weekend.
Just beautiful💙 Really attacked my trouble spots and even some I didn't know where trouble lol. Ima do this practice regularly to try to get out of my own way😊8/2/24
Gracias Cole! I have been practicing yoga with you for the past seven years, and I am so grateful for you and your work! 🧡💛🧡 this one was a bit challenging but good. Florida weather and humidity downs help much. Gracias otra vez!! Chao!!
Thanks! Your yoga exercises helps me with my back and neck pain. I do it like one time a month when it feels bad and it helps so much! Love how you can actually feel what your body needs in yoga. God bless you)
Beautiful Cole, Namaste. ❤ The Sukkha for me was how good it felt after moving my body to just sit and allow for the integration. I also resonate with this 'taking it all in with gratitude' because I'm about to leave my home for the last 4 months and everything does feel much fuller and like you said, already the nostalgia is hitting.. and why can't we go about life with this kind of feeling all the time? That's a good reminder. It's the times when we know we aren't going to have something much longer that we reallyyy start to try and sponge it all up- but moving forward, I will try and make a point to relish in it all more and more often. Anyways, lots of love. Still loving your older videos. Seems I click on the ones I need the most at the right times. Gracias 🙏🏼
Beautiful flow Kim...I love ur name....why....cause it's my nameless lolol kym thooo❤. I love the diversity in the movements ✨️the wisdom in words and how flowed into me was magical...I love that you embraced the imperfections❤
This is one of THE most beautiful practices. This is the reason you’re top of my yoga instructors list - your creativity and breaking down the boundaries of what we imagine yoga ‘should’ be. Thank you Cole for another outstanding sesh! X
Would you speak a bit to option #4 when it comes to former friends: those who you try to make amends to or reconnect with and they dont want to even though you are sober? This is a hard one for me to accept, especially with someone who meant a lot to me and my behavior really hurt my view of myself. Thank you love. For being you and all of the things you contribute to the world as well.
Crazy how the algorithm of life is always working for us. I recently discovered your youtube page and have been loving your style! i was browsing through your meditation videos and was being pulled to this one. And damn......there truly are no accidents, i didnt realize how much i needed this. Or how badly i needed to think about that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I'm a recovering addict, and now I am trying to recover from people pleasing and conflict avoidance. It was bad when I used, but it's a doozy when I can't run away from it. I've had to practice not feeling responsible for other people's emotions.
