Im studying sports to become teacher and we have to do pullover but our teacher didn't tell us how to do stuff, he always just says "you gotta train more". I failed that class last year and this year I payed a trainer and she was teaching me very strict pullover where I do pullup first and then raise my legs over. The problem with that is Im a heavy guy who struggles to do even that pullup and then I cant raise my legs very well over the bar, I just can't do this strict pullover variation. And yesterday my classmate said I should try swing legs first and then kinda pull, it's almost the same what I see in this video. Im going outside to try it :D :D
everyone is different, sometimes I get "stuck" on the bar and can't go back to finish the move but I can always go front to end where I started... if that makes any sense
Wow, what a great tip! I never realized how much spin could affect my wall ball efficiency until now. Thanks for breaking it down so simply. I'll definitely try focusing on getting my hands through the center of the ball with the laces facing my face next time I'm at the gym. The drill you suggested seems straightforward enough, and I can see how it would help me improve my accuracy and conserve energy. Can't wait to see the difference it makes in my sets!

Just a member. I agree with everything that you said. I think the results of the members is the best advertising. That said, I joined my gym from a Facebook add for a contest. I see a lot of people shrug those things off, but I'm thankful my gym does those things and the retention rate for people post contest is high. Love the programming for Misfit GPP. Thank you for the podcast.
