Thanks for your feedback. Pranayama part is more important. Asanas are not dealt in detail as it is to be learned from yoga teacher so they are just indicative.
Namasthe, madam Im very much interested in viewing your videos as it contains a lot of information about health science and yogic science. Can you provide link to subscribe the online classes for daily practice please.
Vanakkam Madam. Excellent video clip with a lot of related information and explanation. I used to do some yoga asanas and breathing exercises. Thanks for the detailed explanation. Now onwards, I'll do the asanaas and bhandas with consciousness.
Madam , your yoga videos are with excellent explanations. Keep posting as much as you can. I can clearly see it requires a lot of study . Keep posting.
Hello mam If one’s neval is shifted left side of stomach and also facing heartburn and burning sensation in throat then jaanusirsanansa is ok to do it ? Please guide.❤🙏🏽
Good question. Infact it depends on how you perform Janu sirasasana. As per the tradition I learned you should not twist your body during Janu siras, both legs has to be at right angles with a forward fold such that your torso aligns with the leg stretched forward. Should not stretch the leg sideways adding a lateral element to it.
These poses are for experienced Yoga practitioners not for someone who suffers from gastrointestinal reflux who has never done yoga. Bottom line this video is useless for the majority of people. Not everyone is a yogi. Sorry but you missed the target...
Thanks for sharing your view. I agree those images can make us feel those are unachievable poses. But look at the breathing part which you can learn from a yoga teacher. When it comes to asanas, the goal is not to reach the posture but the journey towards it which brings transformation in your body.
Mam, your teaching style is excellent with clarity of both words and sentences. You appear more a doctor than a yoga teacher having exclusive knowledge of physiology. I am 78 years old but like your explaining yogic exercises. Thanks.
Thank you so much mam, for one more such detailed video . Please share more such videos on diabetes reversal, arthritis conditions, managing life threatening dieses like cancer, heart attack with help of yoga and pranayama.
Thanks for sharing your view. Ofcourse these practices cannot be a substitute for your medical treatment. But strengthening your internal organs has been proved to achieve through yoga in the long run. Never do asanas from a youtube video. You should be learning it from a teacher. I agree those images can make us feel those are unachievable poses. But look at the breathing part which you can learn from a yoga teacher. When it comes to asanas, the goal is not to reach the posture but the journey towards it which brings transformation in your body

It depends on what degree if bone thinning has happened in the body. If you are at risk of fracturing even with small falls , you need to be very careful. Slow movements with 3-4 breaths in each posture will help strengthening of body.
