Hi I know yall have posted in awhile but I think yall will enjoy just watching this. It's the Righteous Brothers hosting the Midnight Special from 1974. It was just posted last week. It's their first concert performance since they got back together. Bill was having voice issues and Bobby took up the slack. And boy does he shine. It's an hour long. They outshine the other guests. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1FLOGNry03c.htmlsi=ghrAW4nkSn_zNPK2
I saw the Spinners live in maybe like 1971 but could been 72 or even 73 anyway Four bands played that nite for the price of one ticket The Spinners The Ike and Tina Revue The Staple Singers Jazz Crusaders Great nite Great days
I don't dare tell my wife (of 39 years) but every time I hear this song I think of my high school sweetheart Christine. I was positive her and I were going to be married. Our parents said "no." I can't help it but I think about her to this day.
The Slyvers are 10 brothers and sisters. DOC sampled their song Misdemeanor. Had the Sylvers had better management they would have went far. Look up Leon Sylvers Sylvers Sylvers. He wrote for a lot of different artist
I was mesmerized back in the day while watching them perform this song! They seemed so in love, it seemed real but they were not a couple. There were many ladies who played “Peaches.” This song and their vocals are just so dreamy! You can’t help but sing along with this song. Been singing along for decades and am still singing along today at 55! Great music and performances back in the day!❤
