Never saw this video before. When she walked out on the stage, I would have bet that we were about to experience a dub over. Not so. It was a live performance and a great job.

For me soul music is a feeling. Good sould music will have you making those weird faces and swaying your head back and forth,side to side. Taylor Dayne has that!! I remember hearing her for the 1st time back in the late 80s early 90s. Stopped me dead in my tracks.

Taylor has golden pipes. Don't think she had as much of the limelight as Whitney did. YOu guys should check out Lara Fabian Je Suis Malade (I Am Sick), I think you guys will appreciate the vocals, such a powerhouse I never knew of until started listening to these reaction videos.

Wow. She looked a little nervous starting out. I haven't seen this performance before. She seems to be straining quite a bit, with uncharacteristic hoarseness as well. I'm not trying to be rude. I've heard this woman's voice. This performance just isn't it. It's worth checking out more of her stuff. Her voice, when she's even 75%, is just pure excellence. Here, she seems to be at about 50% at best. I like you guys. You do nice reactions. I enjoy your videos. All the best!!
