Teaching meditation simply for success! Meditative insights and techniques revealed and built on in bit-size trainings.
As someone who struggled with their "Linguistic Mind" for years, I'm here to tell you, it's unnecessary. In fact, it's counter productive, as it stimulates the sympathetic, which is "not the nerve you're looking for."
Many of the insights offered on this channel can't be found elsewhere. They are firsts, and unique to the discovery process I've walked through.
Many other insights are built on the shoulders of giants I've studied with. Interviews coming soon!

Don't mistake a Guru to be dead if he isn't in the body anymore. All true Guru's are living. Tap one well all the way instead of 50 wells half way. Some people's ego's would rather lead them to wanting to be their own guru and the self appointed guru's of others then humbly submitting to a true God realized Guru. The Guru Gita stresses loyalty to one Guru. From Swami Sivananda, "Stick to one place, one spiritual preceptor, one method, one system of Yoga. That is the way to positive success." Also no organization or members of an organization are perfect. Isn't it more wise to have spiritual discernment in such a case? Finding the fullness of the Guru more likely comes down to the devotees advancement, humility and proper devotion to the Guru then the Guru or organization being at fault. It's easier to point the finger though.
Take you the fingertip of left index finger and place it on the nail of your left pointer, similar to the fingers crossed gesture. This silences the left brain and language centres. Don’t ask me why this works.
Hey Forrest! Sorry this is unrelated to the video. I wanted to ask, have you heard of the buteyko method? The more I look into it the more I'm convinced that it is incredebly complementary to your approach of kriya and meditation in general. It is basically the scentific method (buteyko was a scientist) of systematically lowering your breathing rate. Needless to say it is a huge gamechanger for HRV-R Breathing, kria pranayama and meditation. I would highly recomend you to look into it. Thanks!
I see third eye after 2 years of meditation. But I would think life be more peaceful. It’s not. I still experience lots of conflict in the outside world , anger etc
Hey, serious question- when I pray hard and long and meditate I discover that my head begins to slowly involuntarily rotate or move up, down and side to side/this really bothers me.... do u know what this means ?
I love you Forrest Ji.. millions of pranams to you for dedicating your life to Kriya Yoga... The world will remember you for this good work ur doing and the lives your impacting.. thank you😊
Got here via page 43 of your book "Mastering Meditation". So far, brilliant? What a fantastic book - video tie in. Just the right pitch. Love your positivity!
Wow. Didn't realise you would speak about two of my favourite books of all time. This is truly a message. Thank you Forrest. Time for me to go back home to my original teacher Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
Dear Forrest, I absolutely get what you say about life being about learning and expanding. Thank you for providing simple and powerful techniques to make this life journey of discovery so much more fun! ❤
Thank you, guruji! I'm getting the books for my kindle. Back in HS, I used to gaze at the teacher's aura too! I guess I was doing hakalau already also lol
Hi Forrest. I have a question if you don't mind. Why don't people who reached nirvana kill Yama, break the Samsara well and liberate us once and for all?
@@ForrestKnutson hi again. I have something to add. If your answer were to include the teaching value of our experience in this world, then could you elaborate on why Buddhism see this world as something to be escaped from?
Oddly enough, yesterday while journaling, my Ishta told he's in conversation with me through what is salient in my perception. Jonathan Livingston Seagull is one of my favorite books. It took me out of a really dark place when I was a teenager. I didn't know the origin story. It makes all the sense in the world. Thanks for sharing, Forrest. Blessings and blissings!
I remember my HS freshman year English teacher fondly , Miss Spearmon . I was kind of a Tom Sawyer / Huck Finn type . I would ditch her class often but she did a beautiful thing for me and forced me to read “ Jonathan Livingston Seagull “ I love her for that ! God bless her , and you Forrest thanks .
In my awakening I was given information from my unconscious mind that didn't just connect The Bible it connected The Kabbalah and Sacred Geometry and The Book of Thoth, and it was going deep into Sanskrit. It becomes so deep It freaks me out. I've learned to have a high regard for women in my rebirth and for myself. I've relearned what love is.
You're a great leader and teacher. HÀ HA, I know who Tad James is and I have had a shamanic awakening. Ha, I've crossed over in time to understand how NLP works with awakening. Wow thanks for the synchronicity. Its about the digital aspects of time 11:11 ⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲⏲
