That was great, thanks! Sometimes when my wrists get tired in table top position I go up on my fists for part of the time and that helps. Is that an ok variation?
Kirsty, for various reasons it took me more than 2 months to get through this program when I found it in March of 2024. I also started and finished your 14-day program, although it took much longer than 2 weeks for me. Then I started the 31-day challenge again and didn’t make it past the first 5 days. Here I am, in September, starting again. Ha! Only this time I have 2 sets of weights instead of 2 soup cans. In general, whenever you ask what we enjoyed, I say uncharitable things about you and grumble “I don’t enjoy exercise!” But then I caught myself thinking, “This one is fun.” 🫢 Lateral runs. I do enjoy those. 🎈 Once you pass 15 minutes, I have to rely on questionable will power. 🫠 And of all the formats and types of exercise I remember you teaching us, I prefer the agility and coordination ones, and the speed with which the Tabata session seemed to pass. 🎈 Thank you, Kirsty, for the clear instructions, encouragement, adaptations, and approachability. 💛👍🏽
Yay I did it! I love these short sessions and a couple of times I even did two in one day when it was raining too much for me to get out for my usual walk. The nutrition tips were just the right amount of time for me to listen and learn while I added in a few extra stretches for whatever area of my body wanting more attention that day. I'm excited to check out some of your other videos! Thank you so much!
I completed the series today!! My injuries are on the mend and I'm going to restart my previous routine slowly building back the amount of weight. Thanks for this plan!
Hi, Kristy, My husband and I just purchased kettlebells and I was looking for a workout. I found you, looking over the 20 min workout it fits in my morning schedule . I’m a school librarian and need lots of energy starts my day off right foot.

This was brilliant. I did it on top of the Rest and Be Thankful pass in the Scottish Highlands (search it on Google maps, gorgeous place, we're here in our camper) much to the amusement of other people around. But I don't care anymore! I loved it 😂❤
Thanks Kirsty! I do your workouts on alternate days after a short cardio workout. I am LOVING THEM. I have put on a lot of weight in the last year and I feel so heavy, stiff, bloated, uncomfortable.. but after starting yours I feel so much better. I can see an improvement in strength and flexibility but most importantly, I enjoy doing them and I feel great afterwards for the whole day. I look forward to my strength workouts with you now, instead of dreading them.
