Hi Kirsty, I really like all your workouts. I would be glad if you could incorporate each time a warm-up at the beginning (as you have already done here) and also a cool-down at the end. I usually look up those on your other videos but having them included in the workout would be more practical. Thank you and please keep on posting new content. I’m looking forward to it.

Absolutely loved this, went in a flash. Foot tap backs are one of my favs too - you can incorporate the full body, I nice stretch in the calf, get into that glute and get the heart rate going - love 🥰 I also love the bingo wing beater, another fav. Thank you so much for all your work, it’s been a game changer for me 😊
