Thank you, looking forward to this series. Maybe a weird question: what are your thoughts on doing these workouts barefoot? I've mostly done yoga at home up to this point so I automatically started into this without my trainers on and just kept going. Is that ok or is it likely to cause pain down the road?
I would say that definitely exercise caution when using weights as you don’t want to hurt yourself by dropping them, also if you choose some of the higher impact moves you may find it’s more comfortable in shoes, otherwise do what you feel most comfortable and confident with 💕💕

Ahh so glad you’re enjoying the new series ❤️✨ The prices in the store should show in NZ dollars but the monthly membership will only show in GBP as it’s a monthly amount it will be subject to slight exchange rate change each month. Currently £9 GBP is $18.80 NZD I hope that helps xx
Brilliant! Tea can definitely count as fluid intake but be mindful that caffeinated tea is a mild diuretic so you may not be as hydrated as you think you are if you are drinking decaf xx
