Welcome to 'Balance, Build & Bloom: A 21-Day Strength Journey' - specifically tailored for women aged 40 and above, including those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
This is your gateway to building strength and confidence and enhancing your overall health & fitness through functional movements in a positive and encouraging space. Each day we'll also be exploring a nutrition tip at the end of each workout so stick around until the end!
Today - Celebrate the culmination of our fitness series with a session that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. This workout is a vibrant celebration of all that you’ve accomplished.

Enjoy a 20-minute session that revisits the best of our series, enhancing your cardiovascular health, strengthening muscles, and improving flexibility. This diverse workout ensures a comprehensive review of the fitness principles we’ve explored.
🍽️ Nutrition Tip of the Day: Gut Health in Midlife
As we close our series, learn about the importance of gut health, especially in midlife, and how a healthy digestive system contributes to overall wellness.

Yay I did it! I love these short sessions and a couple of times I even did two in one day when it was raining too much for me to get out for my usual walk. The nutrition tips were just the right amount of time for me to listen and learn while I added in a few extra stretches for whatever area of my body wanting more attention that day. I'm excited to check out some of your other videos! Thank you so much!

Day 21 done🎉 thanks Kirsty. Ive really enjoyed this series and the nutrition tips too. I have now completed the 31 day, 14 day and this one. It has been such a positive experience for me. Determined to keep it up!

yay i finished the final day. I likedit. I could feel my shoulders popping as I was doing the arm weights section and need to work on my flexibility. My right hip is tight , i felt it was we were doing the twist stretch to look at your hands as I could pull my hand back enough to see it but the other was fine. This was great! thank-you!
