With all due respect, please don't try to teach people about weight loss. You're very knowledgeable in your field, but that ain't it. Doing some quick maths (1kg of body fat being around 7750kcal, and you losing 10kg in 6 months), I worked out that your average daily deficit was just under 300kcal. I'll assume it was more than that given that you look like you gained musculature, but still. That's impressive for someone who doesn't have a PT, has many life commitments, and is just kind of winging it and learning as he goes, and I'm happy for you making a healthy change. However, if you're talking about this to tease a potential branching out into fitness content, please don't. I don't want to see another great fall by talking about something they don't know that much about. If you're not looking to do fitness content then feel free to take the compliment and disregard the rest of this comment, but I'm getting the same feeling as when Jordan Peterson started going from clinical psychology to social politics and climate science.

Sorry Alexander, I have to disagree with one part of what you said. Doing chores and helping out around the house does absolutely nothing for the female sex drive. They like to tell us that but it’s not the case in real life. I 100% agree with everything else you said.
I didn't really know the stereotype about women getting married and then completely letting themselves go until I experienced it first hand We weren't married (Thank God) but we basically played house for 5 years. After the first year she drastically started gaining weight, stopped cleaning, stopped cooking, never wanted to have sex, etc. Then she threw fits every time I tried to break up and successfully emotionally manipulated me into staying. I ended up in the hospital and I chose that time to finally dump her, because I knew she wouldn't throw a fit in public, lmao.
