He was always compared to the legendary Tom Jones standard and level... he has been a phenomenon of Aussie music scene for a good 50 years have a listen to " One " could have been a three dog night original.. they are about the only two covers I can recall
If you want to hear the most jaw dropping female singer in the entire world, watch Delta Goodrem -Born To Try (Global Citizen Live). You will be in complete and utter disbelief. Also keep in mind, that performance took place AFTER she battled leukaemia and had to relearn how to sing.
In response to your prompt, does the emotion from a singer resonate, yes. The way she is living the song in the moment moves me. Kasey Chambers is one of the very, very few performers I’d rather listen to in live performances than a studio version. She brings the song to life when she performs.
You are the only voice coach or other professional singers I’ve watched that says she lip syncs; in fact they have all said she’s singing live. Using a backing track doesn’t mean she’s lip syncing
I love John Farnham I remember putting the cassette in the boom box and dancing until I could not move..He is an awesome gift from GOD. Him and Celene Dion. Angelic
Cute Story : Celene Dion was a great fan of John Farnham. She would play John's songs and sing along with them while driving. She asked to meet John when she arrived in Australia and explained that she has was a fan of Johns for many years, She asked him to sing with her at her concert, he agreed and she was shocked when he reach his high note... he was 70 or more and she bowed down to him on stage.
Is the back of our mouth called pharyngeal ? Or pharyngeal is above the soft palate and hard palate behind the nose ? .. I still don’t understand where pharyngeal is
Hello! The pharyngeal sound is produced by shaping the vocal tract just below the soft palate. This sound, often described as whinny, thinned out, cry-like, or even harsh, can be mistaken for nasality due to their similar tones. However, pharyngeal and nasality are distinct vocal qualities. I hope this helps!
Mixed voice is a technique commonly used by contemporary singers, including Bruno Mars. While he may employ different variations of this technique, it is prominently featured in many of his songs.
@@lexisaucedo does that mean he is using different mix voice from this video ? Can you please make a video how to do Bruno Mars’ mix voice “when I was your man” song
Ik you posted this a while back but had the same issues… I started worship leading at around 16-17. I would be afraid of cracking or what other people thought. Now at 21, I honestly give it to Jesus. The improvements too through the years I thank God everyday for! Glad I wasn’t the only one that went through this.
So when you first replicated the belt you sounded more in your head or mixed voice but then when you opened up more (is that the right way to put it) it sounded like you held the belt more in your chest voice. I cannot seem to do that!! I have to sing those notes in my head voice. How do you do chest with such high notes??
I’d love to see you react to “Bigger” by Stan Walker, then “Tua” in the live studio recording, but both in the same video. Tua is the Māori version of Bigger, and both are an absolute blessing to the ears. If you haven’t heard Bigger, I’d highly recommend listening to that one first so you get an idea of the lyrics and what the meaning is behind the song, but Tua will have you feeling emotions because he brings it to a whole other level when he sings in Māori.
Hi there, When you have a chance, can you please do reaction to one of Stans early covers called ‘Light it up’, his very early days after winning Australian Idol. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YzLwJIIEc8I.htmlsi=pKz89xv3-HNIP1Xm
We recently had a scare with John with cancer and Jimmy with heart problems. Wishing both of these legendary singers well. Jimmy and his band Cold Chisel geared me up for so many parties
