Why do agriculture when you can be a nomadic hunter and gathering if it was worse to just eat wheat or rice? It had to be a lack of food for hunting and gathering other than wheat or rice. We hit local population levels that could no longer sustain nomadic hunting and gathering for everyone. It happened due to a lack of food and the climate change that made wheat and rice abundant. It wasn't intentional.

Great episode. My take is that it is the female of the species that determines the main line of evolution. This makes the most sense since it's women that reproduce, do most of the work, most of the child care, etc. Today, a human civilized baby is a wonderful human being, because women have been selecting gentle men for a very long time. They don't like cavemen, or rapist, or murderer, of clumsy lovers. The human is born with an operating system pre-loaded, just like other animals, so a cat acts like a cat, dog dog, etc. The human operating system looks like this: Warm, accepting, generous, kind, trusting, etc. all the best qualities. Also, almost none of the worse qualities (except modern cavemen, think Trump) greed, envy, rage, hate, bigotry, etc. Of course, humans are highly programmable, a good thing since it means we can learn, invent, reinvent, innovate, etc. and a bad thing if misused, think Nazis and other times when masses of people went berserk! A common bad dream is being trapped in a room with a co-worker you don’t like? That is not a bad dream. My last nightmare was abut my mother and she looked wrong, deformed and she laid beside me and was opening her mouth and trying to eat me and i couldn’t pull away. That is a bad dream. Or it’s a zombie apocalypse and i am looking for my children and i find the car they were travelling in and it has been torn apart by zombies. That is a bad dream, lol.
Interesting facts: People who have been totally blind from birth also move their eyes as if following objects in their dreams. Blind and severely vision impaired folk still see in their dreams if they lost their sight after the age of 7. Blind/visually impaired folk have more nightmares than the general population. Subjects such falling, tripping, being lost, and chased seem to be the most common. 4 a percentage of blind and low vision folk have a circadian rhythm sleep disorder such as delayed sleep phase syndrome, with this, the person doesn’t feel sleepy until much later at night and need to sleep longer into the day. This also seems to be the case for teenagers as well. Another sleep disorder common in blind/low vision people is called non twenty four hour in which the brain believes there are more that 24 hours in a day. (For example, my brain thinks there are around 48.) the disorder stems from the lack of sensory input that orients folks to day and night. Totally irrelevant facts: There has never been a case of a totally blind person developing schizophrenia. Scientists aren’t sure why this is the case. People who have had vision whether normal or impaired l, can develop a condition called Charles Bonet Syndrome where the brain creates visual hallucinations to compensate for the lack of stimulation. These can be simple, or complex. Anything from lights to detailed images have been documented.usually, folks figure out what they are seeing is not real. It can be much more frightening if the person is unaware of their declining vision.

about the nightmares he you are right caus before until now I talk to myself and in negative ways and wrong ways and had nightmares but I started talking positive things about myself and accepting my self an talk to my self about my self ever since I've stopped nightmare dreaming before I talked in negative way an somedream for example being held hostage someone arm around my throat threatening my life an me wake up swinging as I'm trying to get someone fromarond my neck so positive self talk helped me

Interesting and a much more realistic conclusion on the so called agricultural Revolution and Darwin’s suppositions. I think a lot of things were accidental, some good some bad and a mixture of both. Agriculture caused new diseases, increased animals eating the grain whom we than classified as pests, needed small predators to control that , weather conditions like lack of rain leading to drought, cannibalism and people hoarding leading to increased violence between humans, not to mention how to deal with the garbage piling up and where to put human waste, leading to water sources becoming polluted and water born diseases introduced to humans. Most ancient societies infants and toddlers were exclusively feed breast milk for 3 years before weaning because that became a time of higher infant mortality, introducing water, and solids. A child could be allergic to breast milk , if an alternative source i. e. Another women or animal source, the child died. Example - my brother’s Father-in- Law born in an German village before WW2- was allergic to human breast milk, they tried cow, sheep and goat milk and he would throw it up, losing weight and became very weak. As a last resort , an old woman suggested mare’s milk citing her great grandmother being a midwife and knew mare milk was good substitute from the generations of women before her. That information, lost by males taking over the women healers and midwives. They found a man in the next village with a mare with a colt and that saved his life, allowing him to thrive, grow up, immigrate to Canada, start a business, marry and have children , his daughter marrying my brother and giving me the privilege of being an Auntie to two nieces and being a part of their lives. One archaic piece of knowledge saved a baby’s life and my life was changed and enriched by this Man and family. How do I repay the debt owed to that Elder and her female knowledgeKeepers whose names are lost and lives unrecorded? We are here because of unknown ancestors. How do we make good on those Deeds of Hope and Sacrifices they made that led to me and you in this time and place? I would ask “Is there even a way to repay the Debt we owe”. Your on auto pilot mode, an are just focusing on wat ur doing. Things you’ve done many times eventually don’t require thinking just focus. If your doing something new then this will require some thinking as you’ve never done it before, but when you’ve done the same task over n over it eventually just becomes focus n ur mind goes on auto pilot!
When im eating food.. my co workers will be around and they will be talking something to me..and i wont hear that because my my auditory cortex will be busy at that time..i will be thinking verbally..and they will think im having some mental problem.. is that normal i couldnt hear sometimes beause of this f**kng verbal thinking.and couldnt stop it But everyone is not like me..
