Honda Ruckus - High Torque Starter, Starter Clutch & High Flow Oil Pump Install

My old starter was getting tired before I did the ProBld 171cc big bore kit to my bike, and now it is struggling to even turn the bike over. Time to upgrade my starting system! And while I am in there, I am going to install a high flow oil pump and magnetic drain bolts and plugs.

Nice install. I'm using the 101octane orange performance starter currently, and it operates exactly as you said you old ones does. Even have the direct wiring like RW supplies. Maybe I need to try this version of the starter.

Nice! Great video! Congrats on being able to reuse the crank reverse nut! I destroy them every time on removal the aluminum is so soft and special socket is steel. I would suggest just ordering one for parts bin and just in case of oh S__t! 🤣

Would really like to know if you used any RTV it always seems like these videos show the tear down but no put back together I know it's just the opposite but still would be nice to see

That's a good point, sorry! I did not use RTV, just the gasket. Still no leaks.
