i feel really offended as a German such assholes sorry Because of my choice of words but it really pissing me off that these guys speaking like angry Hitler that's just totally ridiculous
Ah, yes. As a Hebrew speaker, tiles are the most common subject in family gatherings. Like, in Israel, the tiles are just, cold. :/ I don't know anymore I'm sorry... x'D
Literally all the "gh" that are silent in English used to be that gutteral sound lmao. English / German / Dutch Laugh - Lachen - Lachen Sight - Sicht - Zicht Light - Licht - Licht Right - Recht - Recht Night - Nacht - Nacht
Hebrew does not SOUND similar to arabic. Phonology is based on the sephardic pronunciation so it has no longer many of the sounds unique to a semitic language, only the words would some similar
Russian seems to have more consonant endings and sometimes even more consonant clusters compared to Serbian but it compensates with its use of longer words, extra palatalization, semi-vowels/semi-consonants , soft sign "Ь" and "Й" glides which make it sound "softer" compared to Serbian. Also , some consonants such as the Russian "Ч" sound softer than the Serbian "Ч". But also , in Russian the vowels "О" , "А" and "У" sound more harsh compared to the Serbian "О" , "А" and "У"
I'm from Bergen in Norway, and most americans I have spoken to thought I was speaking Dutch at first. It's not that weird tho because it is the most Dutch influenced accent/dialect in arguably the whole of scandinavia
The guy who said that dutch is harsh like german, and then heard a dutchman speak, and still claimed it sounded like he imagined it would sound like, harsh, just didnt wanna admit he was wrong 😂 how does dutch sound harsh like german? 😂
slavic, arabic, european? wtf lol "I knew it was middle-eastern". turkish is not middle eastern :) they came here from central asia and brought their language with them.
They were mostly correct, very close. "Something close to Spanish". Actually, the Greek sounds too similar to European Spanish while the Portuguese, do not. Portuguese many say sound like as an Eastern European language. On the other hand, the Brazilian Portuguese, again, sound different than Portuguese from Portugal. The Brazilian Portuguese for me is the most annoying sounding language, mostly because how they pronounce the words, the toning. The Portuguese from Portugal don't have this problem. Second most annoying language, the Dutch, specifically from Holland. They sound like how Hollywood represent Aliens speaking in Sci-Fi movies, "scritchy-scritchy" noises. Extremely unintelligibly. Other parts of the Netherlands sound a little better.
Because this video is not in Germany they sound like Americans and there are turks here but they are concentrated in certain areas of the country like NYC. For example I'm American and the only time I have ever heard turkish spoken is by employees between each other in Turkish restaurants in NYC.
lol, its like icelandic 🤣🤣 well it depends what flemmish dialect is spoken.... in the video it was proper "TV" flemmish so all can understand..... but in reallity there are a lot off flemmish dialects and the 1 cant understand the other lol..... I'm from Western Flanders coastal town f. eks, people from antwerp cant understand me if i speak dialect and vice versa.... 🙄 nice video though 🙂
My husband is from Russia and I'm from Germany. When germans and russions would get a cent for every time, they are insulted or shown in a negative way in a movie, believe me, we would be the riches people in the world.
Their impressions were fairly accurate. Only, they were nowhere near as annoying loud or rude as most Chinese tourists/migrants are when they are in western countries.
Saying Dutch is the same as German Dutch people: Hell no we DON’T. Dutch is very different from German Grammar wise and Vocabulary wise a little bit. Its the same if you say that English and Italian are the same language.
