If you all are into cars, bikes, or anything DIY, you have come to the right place! I am currently working on a 1985 Toyota Corolla which I am building from the ground up. I have many other projects on this channel, including a DIY drift trike, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, you name it. If it has an engine, I will probably appear on the channel haha!
I am by no means a professional, but through this channel and interaction with my viewers, I can confidently say I have learned so much and continue to do so every day. Yes, even you can get into cars and start fixing up fun projects! I did it and so can you :D
I hope this channel can help inspire, teach, and entertain anyone in the automotive community. Thanks for stopping by a I hope you consider subscribing for more content!
TLDR: My life in nutshell, so get ready for some BS videos!
I got the plastics from webike(dot)jp you will have to search for the "Honda Fusion" or "cn250". They are known as Fusions in Japan. Also check ebay, I've seen aftermarket plastics kits there too. Unfortunately, shipping overseas has gotten much more expensive since this video was made.
Great bikes and great music! I love the clean 80's design of both the Helix and Elite, and it was cool seeing them next to each other in matching colors to show the family resemblance.
I'm so happy the shocks worked for you. I have an 81 CB650 with a Texavina seat and ran into the same issue with my rear hoop. Ordered 14.5 inch shocks that just arrived. So relieved you haven't experienced any bottoming out.
@thatdeadbird_llc thanks! I will say the shock are a bit stiff but I would rather not bottom out haha. I was thinking of trying to incorporate a hard stop just in case.
Unfortunately no, they actually aren't too fond of us peeps rocking the "Helix Gang" sticker, as it is a Japan group. I got mine from someone off the Honda Helix Facebook group. She made some replicas a while back and I was able to snag one.
@@TheBSRecord after seeing your reply, I looked through the group but couldn’t find them. So I made a PNG of the logo and I’m going to print some stickers this week. Let me know if you need one.
21:45 everyone needs to call that company and complain about the pollution the truck just spat out and him almost hitting a biker and changeing lanes no signal smh the irony that its a pollution control company smfh id sue them tbh that diesel smoke causes cancer
The plastics over the handlebars have to come off to expose the handle bars. If I recall correctly, there is a big nut holding the stock bars to the stem. Undo that nut and the stock bars should pop off. Hopefully this helps!
I bought same kit. Can you tell me how the wing metal brackets are installed? Inside of trunk or between wing and outside of trunk/side panels sandwiched? TIA
It's been a minute, but if I recall correctly, they are mounted under the trunk plastics and screw into the bottom of the wing. They sandwich the two pieces together. You do not have to drill into your actual trunk to mount the wing. Hope this helps!
Awesome! as simple as it may sound, I removed my rear speakers 6 years ago, and, well can't remember too well of how things go back. Timed stamped @3:55
Hello, unfortunately I had the identical car serviced and they ripped out all the electrical cables. We are trying to revive the car, but we don't know where which cable goes and we don't have a diagram. I assume you probably had a diagram for this, would it be possible to request one? Thank you in advance, from Czech Republic
THIS is the video I was looking for, a Helix on the Tail of the Dragon. I live in Petaluma, and we have D Street all the way out to the Pacific Coast....
hello I'm Hernando, your video is great I am from Cali Colombia Latin America, I am restoring a 1972 Honda CB500 four motorcycle, but it has a CB650 SHOWA 460-841 front suspension similar to the one in the video, in my country it is very difficult to get parts and I am searching on eBay but it has not been easy, I would appreciate your help, sharing the link or the eBay seller where you got the 37-50-11 oil seals and dust seal. I would greatly appreciate your help and guidance and to be able to buy the right seals for the motorcycle.
Hey man, thanks for the comment! I bought all of the seals and dust covers from a company called 4into1. You can go to their website, 4into1(dot)com, and see if they have the right parts for your build! Hope this helps!
