We are a group of conventionally trained physicians who, through the course of our practice, have added the principles of ancestral health as an adjunct to conventional medicine. We work with patients to improve their health and wellbeing through application of both standard conventional Western medical ideals and ancestral health principles. It is our belief that these methods hold the greatest promise for addressing root causes of disease, and in so doing provide the best possible care for our patients.

Dr sebi taught how alot of hybrid herbs dont work anywhere near as much as the wild herbs, he would test them for their ph etc and find the most healing herbs too.

Heart Disease is actually just Hyperinsulinemia caused by sugar ingestion (carbohydrates and direct sugar). The American diet (Western Diet) is the cause... Eat meat, eggs, butter and never walk down a cereal aisle again for your food! Food is meat, eggs, butter.

Keto gave me a bad rash for a long time. Finally figured out it was histamine. Lots of those foods are high in histamine.

I started eating daily smoked steaks with carnivore and started getting symptoms of this histamine intolerance not realizing that was what it was. Now I know. I am back to just baking my meats and no problems.

I developed histamine issues while I was vegan. I developed so many issues that no doctor was able to figure out. After years of getting worse, and months of emotional distress I finally switched to a carnivore diet and started feeling great, until I started eating aged and fermented foods… couldn’t figure it out. Stumbled upon a histamine video and a lightbulb went on. All my symptoms, all the foods , everything fit. I’m now attempting a low histamine diet. Years and years of dealing with digestive issues, itchy sensitive skin, cognitive impairment, and just overall feeling like crap. It’s nice to have validation to my theory of its food causing my issues. No one believed me. 😢

Great presentation. The motivation for anti-meat movement is emotional and basically puritanical. It is really low-carb high fat that they can’t stand. Anti-meat is an end-run.

You spoke about a subject (male foreskins) which is rarely spoken about in great detail. As you mentioned correctly male foreskins are not taught in medical school, hence the ignorance of doctors and nurses about the subject. I myself have researched this subject for more than 30 years. You covered the entire spectrum of foreskins really well. Yet I have a problem with your presentation. YOU DON'T SPEAK VERY CLEARLY, YOU RUSH ACROSS VERY IMPORTANT POINTS , I SOMETIMES HAVE TO STRAIN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, YOU FADE OUT ON YOUR SENTENCES SO YOU'RE NOT VERY AUDIBLE. This is a subject that I have researched as you have and I was very frustrated by your presentation. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE SPEAKER. You are involved in a very important subject important to many people especial expectant parents. I drink 2 large vanilla iced coffees from McDonald's (almost) daily. That's close to a half gallon. Is there an alternative to stopping other than going cold turkey?

@3:32 Is it socioeconomic or rather move more eat less. Mark thanks for your good work. I love running in minimal shoes and barely there sandals. If it hurts you will run in a more ancestral way. Slowing down too. Carbon plate shoes are like high performance tires. Not needed and hurtful for everyday. It shields you to the real movements and how they could/should be done. Lustig got me to eat totally different. I mean in just about every single way. I look at plates and choices on a menu 180 deg apart than 1 year ago. Floris and you got me to run. I hated running. I've said it in many comments on you stuff. If you hate what you are doing do not do it. Find something you like, love and can do it everyday. Even just a little. Carve out the mentality that you only have one life and live happily. Play nice, eat nice and laugh. Laughing is one of the most powerful drugs on planet earth.

It truly is disheartening that more money and research goes into chemicals and drugs. A good example which was a surprise to me, when you mention it has been known that a ketogenic diet is so effective in managing Epilepsy. It makes me so sad.

Thanks Georgia. Your videos steered me to Keto, which has eliminated my Bipolar 2 symptoms, completely! I only wish that you hadn't mentioned that BP2 is a milder form of BP. Far from the truth. It is brutal and never lets up. I have/had symptoms at least 80% of the time. But Keto has mitigated the worst of it within the first three weeks. Simply incredible! Keep up the good work.

Its so frustrating trying to convince my aging parents to give keto a chance. My father has early signs of parkinsons and my mother has had memory/learning issues for as long as i can remember. Even when they saw the improvement in my TRD (psychomotor retardation symptoms decreased, cognition issues improved) they are still reluctant to change their diet. Like they say, you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make him drink.

Every human on the planet suffers from chronic, low intensity PTSD. We are traumatized from the womb onward by every frustration we have ever experienced. For a helpless infant, to be frustrated equals to threat of death and no way to escape ... threatened and helpless. The only strategy for the infant is to lose consciousness of the trauma by memory repression into subconscious darkness. That repressed shit is our Pavlovian psychological foundation. The daily traumas are all indexed in memory along with all aspects of the trauma's circumstance, i.e., the elements of the trauma scene become symbols which become triggers. Our socialization, then, is overlayed on a foundation of trauma lurking just beneath the surface waiting for a trigger to activate a fight or flight reflex response or a psychosomatic linked to a symbolic trauma element. Traumas of the same sort, with similar symbols, over time amplify themselves to the point that they can interfere with rational thought and create neuroses in a weak ego structure. Neuroses are inappropriate or magnified responses to situations that trigger danger reflexes or symbolically internalized/introjected instances of the first trauma of a particular type and can manifest as a psychosomatic symptom or failure of logical observation as in delusional thinking. In extreme cases this can result in debilitation or psychosis. This is the human condition and this is what the ruling class, globalist crypto-Nazi CIA wizards of doom harness when they control events and the perception of events via propaganda. This is a more balanced, short video, about the evidence on red meat. We shouldn't think of any food as simply good or bad, but we must consider the dose. I use my palate to decide what is good to eat. Most vegetables require some form of dressing to make them palatable but a piece of steak goes down a treat with no embellishments at all. Tells me all I need to know. If it doesn't need sugar or spice to enjoy then I'm fine with it. Herbivores eat plants because they enjoy them. Carnivores often risk their lives to kill and eat meat. Bogus claims of the toxicity of meat run counter to all historical evidence. We have always been omnivores. What we have not evolved to do is exist on a diet replete with carbohydrates such sugar, refined wheat products and oils squeezed out of seeds.
