Me too, i have like eczema, in my belly, armpit, chest, lower arms, and specially in my hands, i use a especial cream for it, but i recommend you to use vaselina or aquaphor, they are very hydrating ❤

nah, I started crying twice during this workout. One time when I was doing the burpees and the second time when i finished the first set of up and down plank & plank twists because I realized that there were two sets....

Ok so im starting from 04/09/24 till 09/12/24. I am going to be doing the workouts around 6pm everyday. Also my weight will be uploaded every single day in the morning. So my starting weight will be uploaded after the workout. Im not restricting anything but will be eating healthier. Along with this im trying to learn kpop dances [ not a goal but a wish] Please encourage me with likes and comments. SW-> 74.7 GW-> 54 DAY-1 ✅️ Weight--> 74.7 [ TBH was super proud when i completed the workout to my best but the next day my body was so sore i literally penguin walked the entire day.]

Doing this for 1-2 months!!! I started doing this 8/28 Day: 1 🎀 not so bad did sweat Day: 2 🎀 nice wake up routine Day: 3 🎀 sweated more than usual because I did 3 sets of v folds and 3 sets of leg lifts my core is def going to be sore after today Day: 4 🎀 same thing with today Day: 5 🎀 I had to be somewhere this morning so I split it into two pieces first I did leg lunges 3 sets of leg lifts and 3 sets of squats (both)And then like an hour later I did 3 sets of v folds (both)and 3 sets of swan (both) Day: 5 🎀 did the same thing like yesterday Day: 6 🎀 looked at the video while doing it that’s how I found out I was doing it wrong 😅 Day: 7

Hi besties <3 I’m gonna do this workout for a week and I’ll post results Notes: Current weight: 96 lbs Goal weight: 85 lbs or below Athletic state: I’m really athletic like I’m active everyday Height: 4 ft and 8 inches Day 1: ✅ This wasn’t hard at all, (besides the burpees 💀) I feel like tomorrow will be a piece of cake :) Day 2: ✅ it got so much easier! Burpees and walkouts were so annoying though. I already lost 2 lbs so this workout is so effective! Day 3: ✅ (I know today is not day 3 but I forgot to write yesterday after I did it.) Anyway the burpees got so much easier but the walkouts became harder. :)

This is definitely wayyy too much beginner friendly so i recommend doing it with 10/20 KG wieghts do get some actual burn :v
