I switched from the old Kazuha workout to this one, let's do this! Day 1:✅️ A little harder than expected but doing great. Day 2:✅️ I did it a bit late because of my studying. Helps me not fall asleep. Day 3:✅️ I did it after my usual workout. Feeling kinda tired. Day 4:✅️ I weight lifted at the gym before this, and I'm going to do a meditation. Day 5:✅️ I was sooo late when I did this and I'm sooo tired. Day 6:✅️ I meditated a bit after the workout and I'm feeling great. Day 7:✅️ First week done! Was a little sweaty this time. Nothing I can't hande. Day 8:✅️ Almost forgot to do it. But I remembered and did it right before I was about to sleep. Day 9:✅️ I did it late again. Oops. Day 10:✅️ I'm in a hurry so I can't write much. Day 11:✅️ I went to the gym and ran for a bit. But I still managed to do this workout late, again. Day 12:✅️ I did it! I don't know why I keep doing the workout so late... Day 13:✅️ It's getting worse. I did it after midnight this time... Day 14:✅️ Two weeks done!!! 🔥💪 Day 15:✅️ Almost fell asleep before doing the workout. Day 16:✅️ I did it without the video and forgot to write but I did it! Day 17:✅️ Same as day 16. Day 18:❌️I unfortunatley didn't do it. I realised the next day. I feel slightly guilty but I'll do it tomorrow! Day 19:✅️ I did it early today since I didn't want to forget. Day 20:✅️ The workout is getting easier to do any I don't have to take any extra breaks. Day 21:✅️ I made some small changes to how I did the exercises and it became a bit harder. Day 22:✅️ I'm kind of enjoying the workout when I do it. Day 23:✅️ I did the old Kazuha workout today since it's faster and I really want to sleep. Day 24:✅️ I did it normally this time. Day 25:✅️ I didn't do it too late today. Day 26:✅️ Day 27:✅️ I did the old Kazuha workout again. Day 28:✅️ 4 weeks done!!! 🔥💪 Day 29:✅️ Day 30:✅️ Day 31:✅️ I have so many exams coming up... I will try my best to continue the workout. Day 32:✅️ Day 33:✅️ Day 34:✅️ Day 35:✅️ My exams are killing me. I'm sooo tired and feel dizzy and sluggish all the time. 🥲 Day 36:✅️ Day 37:✅️ I took a break for about four days although I'm not exactly sure if it was four or three. I will continue on day 38 since I'm not sure. Day 38:✅️ I have been feeling so awful and haven't been motivated and it's still the same but I wanted to get back to the ab workout anyway. Day 39:✅️ I'm just feeling worse and worse but I'll try to push through. Day 40:✅️ I don't know how my mind still functions (although it's a bit slow) Day 41:❌️ Day 42:✅️ Someone set off the fire alarm during one of my exams and I might have to re do it. They set it of 2 hours after the exam begun. I am so tired. Day 43:❌️ I got sick Day 44:✅️ Day 45:✅️ Day 46:✅️ I did the old Kazuha workout. Day 47:✅️ Day 48:✅️ Day 49:✅️ Day 50:❌️ Day 51:✅️ Day 52:✅️ Day 53:✅️ Took a break for 5 days Day 54:✅️ Day 55:✅️ Day 56:✅️ Day 57:❌️ Day 58:✅️ Day 59:✅️ Day 60:✅️ I did it while in my super soft bed. My wrist died on the tricep dips and the whole workout was harder. Day 61:✅️ Tip for anyone doing this for a llnger time, try to switch places on the exercises it makes the brain more entertained so you don't get bored and stop doing the exercises. Day 62:✅️ Day 63:❌️ Day 64:✅️ Day 65:✅️ Day 66:✅️ Day 67:✅️ Day 68:✅️ Day 69:✅️ Day 70:✅ Day 71:✅ Day 72:✅️ Day 73:✅️ Day 74:✅️ Day 75:✅️ Day 76:✅️ Missed like two days or so, not sure tho. Day 77:✅️ Day 78:✅️ Day 79:✅️ Okay, so I took about a 2-3 week break of this workout. But if I'm honest I was just too lazy to do it. This comment is here to show you guys that it's possible to stay consistent and getting into a rutine. I've obviously been lazy at times but I do my best to pick myself back up. So if my lazy ass can do it, then so can you. @@rimaouerghi Honestly, there's not been changes in how my body looks (probably because I've been eating the same) but I have been getting stronger and the workout is getting easier.

thank you for this! can't forget how my whole body was shaking when I first tried this workout. 😂 i've been doing this workout for 1 month and 3 days now (with rest days of course). I actually started seeing the result in just 2 weeks. i'm skinny so i've been trying to gain weight and muscles at the same time 😅 I managed to gain 1 kg in a month while doing this workout. i'm still 2.5 kg below my normal weight but that's good enough for me. slow progress is still progress 😁 let's go for our goals!! 🔥🔥

@@hearts2brianna thank you 😊 I need to be consistent with it because once I stop for longer than 3 days, I know I would be too lazy to get back on it 😂 I stopped for 3-4 days once and ended up forcing myself to get back on it that I even asked myself, "why am I doing this??" 🤣🤣 you can do it too! just keep on doing it and your body will get used to it and you'll definitely see some progress. I suggest you take photos so you can really see the difference 😊

​@@cristiano_angelsince I'm skinny and don't have muscles to build, I increased my protein intake while doing this work out. I doubled my portions of meat for lunch and dinner. after work, I'll have dinner (rice+chicken or fish), rest for 2-3 hours, do ab workout, then eat again afterwards 😂 sometimes I'll have bread with peanut butter plus yoghurt drink with high protein or yoghurt mixed with banana and granola 😊

Doing this workout for 4 weeks every day to see the results: WEEK 1 Day 1:✔ I did it!!! Eaier than the lesserafim one but again some moves were hard. I felt pain in my hands and in the abs area Day 2:✔ Did it again!! Today it was a bitt harder than yesterday. I felt more pain than yesterday in my abs area and my hands

I'm doing this workout until next summer, and it's 10 pm as im doing this, but it's whatever, but heres my progress for any motivation! Day 1: it was HARD, but im normally used to sm burn, but this was making me feel closer to the light. Day 2: It was not as hard as yesterday, but it did burn. Day 3: it got a little easier, but still a lot of sweat! Day 4: getting a lot more easier to do not as much pain as before, I was gonna do 2 times today, but I'm really tired, so I'll do it tomorrow. Ima try this as much as I can since it’s summer break Day 1: Sore asf (those side planks almost killed me 😭) Day 2: Still sore a little, not that much of a result yet Day 3: I was too busy that day so I couldn’t find time for it Day 4: Nothing yet Day 5: getting more used to the side planks but I’m still struggling with the jack knife thing (probably cuz i have no flexibility) Day 6: Completed Day 7/1 week mark: Completed, Noticed a slight tone in my belly, I’ll keep pushing through 🫡

empezamos con ésta rutina, que dios me ayude jjs. día 1 ✅: venía haciendo otros ejercicios asi que no me dolió tanto, pero si sufrí, igual me gustó mucho. día 2 ✅: odio los ejercicios de brazos, sufro un montón ahí, pero pude terminarla. día 3 ✅: algunos ejercicios no los puedo terminar 😔, pero la hice. día 4 ✅: no me dolió taaaanto, hechaaa. día 5 ✅: la hice casi sin esfuerzo, me siento orgullosa de mi misma. día 6 ✅: hechooo. pausa por periodo (odio esto). día 7 ✅: volví, hice todo aunque aun me cuesta los ejercicios de brazos. día 8 y 9 ✅: me olvidé que iba anotando aquí 😭, los dos días hechos. vengo a dejar una pequeña notita para quién lo lea, que sepas que está bien sentirse frustrado a veces pero lo importante es no darse por vencido, ¡vamos que se puede!❤ día 10 ✅: no tenía ganas de hacer nada, pero me motive y terminé la rutina, ahora me siento mucho mejor. día 11✅: hecha. día 12✅: pude hacer lo ejercicios de brazos enteros wiii. día 13 ✅: fue muy fácil, me siento fuerte cada vez más. día 14 ✅: hechooo.

Day 1: ✅ very easy and funn Day 2: ✅ i did this at home along with jennie ab workout bc it was raining really hard so i couldn't go to gym Day 3:✅ idk y it was so hard today but I did it!! Trying to do this workout 4 times a week ( also I'm doing a slim tight and Karina's butt workout) Inicial weight: 51kg and 500g ✅Day 1 - easy. I already have a slim waist but I wanna a defined 11 line abs like kazuha ✅ Day 2 ✅Day 3 ✅Day 4 Week 2 My abs are more defined I think but I'll do til the end of 4 weeks Day 5 ✅ also added russian twists Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8✅ My belly is so much flat now and my jeans looks large on my wait I can't belive Week 3 Day 9✅ Day 10 ✅ started to do a exercise to lose weight on the tights and eating more healthy

doing this everyday ( already done for 3 days ) - day 1 - kinda okay but my body felt a burn the very next day day 2 - pain was kinda less day 3 - i did some dance before this so i was sweating way before lol☠️

not quite starting out but decided to put this here day 1✅: almost died but did it day 2✅: revived to die again day 3❌: I tried to take a quick nap before doing it but woke up too late to do it day 4✅: Did it, still kind of hard to do but seeing some improvements! day 5✅: Did this along with a leg workout today and I'm beat, I'm a little arm sore but great overall day 6✅: Done, almost a week! day 7✅: Tomorrow is a week doing it day 8&9❌: did none, I'm trash day 10✅: Back at it, it was harder this time day 11✅: Done (didn't hide away for the first time! a bit embarrassing but great!) day 12✅: donee

Trying to shit your weight to your feet to find the center. If we aren’t able to do it with straight legs yet try with bent legs. You want to find your center balance so you aren’t placing all the pressure on your arms. Imagine becoming a table and lift up with your core super tight to support your back

Hi! I do acrobatics, and we always warm up before hand, it’s recommended so you don’t pull a muscle, but if you don’t feel comfortable and it hurts extremely, I recommend some light stretching!

Waist widening happens from muscle growth. With these body weight exercises you won’t gain the mass you are fearing. You want to train all core muscles to keep it strong including your sides. By also training your deep core muscle the TVA tight you will see that “snatched” look. If you are in a deficit and strengthen your body you won’t get bigger & wider as significant muscle growth requires a caloric surplus to properly grow the muscles to that size 😊

I've only been doing crunches & leg raises (I got the tip from another youtuber, iming TV, she recommended these 2 exercises for abs) and I saw that my abs did show but veryyyy slightly. i'll use this video for my ab exercises now and see if it defines my abs more, thank you again!@@fromlumi

Besides this workout routine doesn't the le sserafim has a workout routine that consists of 100 jumping jacks, 100 burpees, 100 walkouts and crunches and so on? Is everyone here thinking that they'll get abs just by doing this 10 mins beginner level workout?

I will be doing this work out till April 26 which is when I have my dance show case! I won’t be doing hip dips or side planks because I heard it makes your waist wider if you want a smaller waist? (Lmk if it’s not true) I will be doing this Wednesday only since I already do other workouts through the week so I will let everyone know when I start next Wednesday! Remind me😁

trying this workout for 8 weeks! so let's see my progress👇🏼 day 1:✅️well, it has been kinda tiring, and my legs are kinda sore, so let's hope that day 2 will be better and be more comfy day 2:✅️MY ARMS HURTS SO MUCHH, but I kinda get attached to these exercises though, AND ALSO I'M SO HAPPY THAT I SAW SOME CHANGES!!! day 3:✅️I did it again! Today my arms are hurting so much, I can barely move them, but atleast it's worth it, and I saw that my body got a little bit different. day 4:✅️same as yesterday,my hands are sooo weak. I couldn't be patient to go home and do this workout! Because today is the fourth day doing this, I need to get some days resting! I'll update y'all soonnn~ ...................... day 5:✅️I'M BACK WITH A NEW DAY! basically I took a 3-day break. Also I am very proud of myself that I could do this until this day and that this also helped me having only a bit of Kazuha's abs🥹💓. All thanks to you. day 6:✅️a little new update as alwaysss, I think I'm going to have muscle fever even if I am not forcing too much doing this, but it's normal tho. Don't forget to drink water and keep yourself hydrated!:) day 7:✅️and all donee~ I'm just really thankful for this helping video to gain my dream body🥹🤍. Also I got reallyyy attached to the exercises more than the first day and it seems more easy to do this. day 8:✅️done with this week! gonna take a 3 days to rest cause this was the 4th day. It's saturday, so I gotta recover the 2 days when I didnt did the workout, gotta do it till monday!:) day 35:✅️andd this was the last day and the last week...
