This channel features Movie and TV Filming Locations, presented in a Then and Now format. There are also areas of interest and attractions mixed in from around the world that I’ve come across on my adventures.
Thank you for the amazing iconic rooftop battle scene location. Did you just walk up to the roof? lmao or did you ask for permission how does that work? Awesome job.
@@NickP that's awesome. I wonder how they hooked danny glover and the city hunter to that ledge. Every time I watch predator 2 I'm like wow that is so high up!
Very nice work ! Your lineups are better than mine ! I'm jealous of the open Carrows ! All closed now. I went there myself recently and did my own video. However, you missed the all important alley at 215 W 7th. That's where Kyle and co do a lot of running and the Terminator jumps onto the car and smashes the window there. I was lucky, the alley was open the day I went and I found the exact spots where Kyle runs past. I mapped it all in detail in my vid. Seems you like details too so check it out. Search Terminator 1 Guide to DTLA (filming locations). The 2 sections with the stuff that is missing in your video are the Alley Analysis chapters. You will definitely see something new here - I promise !

@@DMAbCD They took far bigger risks back in the day, comparatively speaking. I think they filmed the scene on the side of the Eastern Building. They also dropped a stunt man with one arm down the side of the building on 7th Street during the roof top scene. The scene where the City Hunter is stalking Harrigan, and it appears he’s looking from the edge of building, was a studio shot. That would be a physical impossibility, there’s no building in that with those features lined up in that area. However, I do point out the building where they had to of filmed the shot from… cool stuff I’m not sure if you know, but I did a multi part series for Predator 2 locations.
One of the funniest movies ever made is a bit of a stretch….. it is funny, but there are funnier movies…..porky’s, national lampoons animal house, American pie to name but a few….
what a great job, life long Jaws fan, i love the frame by frame re enactment method you used which proves exact location even of where the cast walked and stood., again fantastic job keep up the great work.
I'm from Connecticut, and my friend and I were 16 back in 1980. So one night that summer, we took a drive with my older brother to visit his Army buddy who had an apartment in Brooklyn. They had their own plans that night, so my friend and I, being huge rollercoaster fans, took the Subway to Coney Island and rode The Cyclone. *Epic!* *The Warriors is on my Top Ten List of all time favorite movies...* so in looking back... my only regret that night is that I _really_ wish we had rode The Wonder Wheel as well.
This is fantastic! I heard that 'The Warriors' didn't film in the Bronx because of the danger..... New York in the 70's! So for this to be filmed there, at the same time period, is notable. Good video 💯💯💯
