Go ahead and research the number of "accidental" chemical spills over the last 2-3 year and then add in the number of "accidental" explosions in farms & food supply places and you can get the real picture of what is going on. What a nasty piece of work she is! Not a one off incident, but deliberate, childish persecution of a fellow elected representative for 5 months, damaging his possessions and making his life miserable. Now she's been caught red handed and thinks an apology is sufficient! She behaved like a 4 year old and should be treated as such; grounded and severely reprimanded. I don't understand why the legislature haven't expelled her and barred her from seeking office in the future. She didn't get control of herself and grow up, but continued her sick behaviour until she was caught. How can such a disturbed and cowardly person with poor judgement - apparently she had some grudge against him but not the courage to deal with a problem face to face - be considered suitable to represent her constituents?
This lady (an elected official) has been doing this for several months to the same colleague. But this at the heart of the Republican attitude in general.
