HEYYY I’m going to be doing this over the summer. Last year I wanted a summer glow up, but being so fr, I was lazy and skipped all the exercises I should have done. Now I’m going into high school so I’m actually going to try this time. Hoping for the best!

i i’ll do it for next 30 days, and i will tell u the result 1 day:✅ it wasn’t very hard 2 days:✅it was much easier 3 day:✅so basically i still don’t see the result of this workout but i will update u on day 7,if it’s still gonna be no result i will switch the workout 4 day:✅ i guess this time was kinda harder and i think i can see the result
Lidia I wanted to ask you Is it possible to get abs doing only pilates and not going to gym or what Can I do to get abs cause I don’t see results after doing short workouts
Nice video! It would be great though if you could announce or show on the screen what the exercises is. It's sometimes hard to tell. It could be nice to show tips to improve form as well. But it was still fun.
you need to eat healthy and do full body workouts. I would jog/run a mile a day and do a full body workout along with eating 3 meals a day all healthy. I guarantee you’ll have a great body and great abs/small waist.
as you progress and develop more core strength it will get btetter! it’s very common to experience this, maybe sure you are really engaging your core muscles and perhaps modify the exercises to using your hands to support your head to release tension in the neck area, hope that helps 🤍
