Welcome and thank you for checking out my channel! My name is Nina TranLe and I am committed to helping you become a better cook for your loved ones. Although I am not a chef but I am an inspiring one in my own kitchen. I cook, create, and refine food that touches my family’s SOul, is SIMple to make, and YUMmy to eat which equates to SoSimYum (Soul Food, Simple Food, and Yummy Food).
Cooking is my passion and I would like to share it with you. On this RU-vid channel, you will find delicious food for every occasions, budgets, and times (dishes are as short as 10 minutes to as long as 3 hours). The saying goes ‘the way to a man heart is through his stomach. I strongly think that this quote also applies to women, our families, and friends 😊.
Please be sure to comment, say hello, and let me know what type of food (Asian, Italian, French, Mexican, Spanish, and American) you would like to see. Thanks in advance!
Dear Nina, thank you so much for making this video tutorial. I made the Vietnamese Vermicelli Rice Noodles yesterday. It tasted so good, chewy and held its texture and taste. My sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart to you and God bless you and your family.
This is by far the very best video I have seen for making Pho! Thank you so much for your in-depth and step by step tutorial! I had tried making clear broth other times but failed with the information given. I was so happy to serve this to my family tonight, I had a beautiful clear broth and the flavour is delicious. Thank you for taking the time to really teach the art of making Pho! Very much appreciated and will be my forever go to! My husband loved it.
Thank you for reminding me that I have stored a brand new pasta maker I purchased from a thrift store years ago, it had never been opened. Especially for Asian drier style noodles the mixing is needed as kneading by hand is difficult for me.
I have tied pho about 5 years ago for the first time, now I can’t live without it. With my nausea in my pregnancy, this is the only food I want to eat and don’t feel nauseas afterwards. And it’s so easy on my digestive system! I’ve never tried making pho before. But I want to learn to make it. Pho is literally the best dish that exists! Thank you for your recipe!
