Huh. So this is a sequel to the Escape from Mars series? Didn't even notice that till half-way through the video. There should be some mention of it in the description or something. Still an interesting idea and cannot wait to see how this unfolds in the coming videos.
Kana has the understanding of how the air pockets works slightly incorrect. The void does need to be air tight, you do not however need to "pump" air into the void. You can have the void be sealed and then the vent placed elsewhere, as long as both are present on the gird. The grid should float.
I love how the opening is like just Kanajashi trying to convince Andrew that he didn't crash the ship. K: "No, no, you don't understand, it was...uh...a GIANT LASER yeah!" A: "A giant laser, huh?" K: "Yeah, definitely a giant laser. It totally wasn't because someone turned the autopilot off, I promise"
I'm not sure if you can filter servers by the mods they are using, but if you see one running water mod, that would mean they likely have a water planet.
I hope someone remembered to get that Uranium before you guys took off, would be a shame if you left it behind. Can't wait to see what hyjinx you guys get into this series.
When you get to a safe landing, you should start work on a large grid boat that can function as a mobile base while think of how to escape this planet!
this series is going to be interesting, I found the intro funny: he sees a major threat incoming and the reaction is to jump back into bed (cryochamber) Did you guys put the mod where it takes more energy to produce hydrogen than the H2 engine can create? if not you can slap a H2 engine on that o2/h2 generator and have infinite energy.
Item first - Survival kit /energy/O2/Hydrogen? Could you not do displacement shipbuilding by using half block sides and angled block bottoms to create a hull. Perhaps 2 angled blocks in a V hull bottom, then half block sides. create a forward and aft end (basically a canoe). Then thrusters fore and aft, with side thrusters at the aft end to act as a rudder. With a large enough deck you can combine the bus and car into a land vehicle and drive on/off.
