Hi, I'm currently reporting vulnerabilities in the network using the Nessus API, but I also want to do this using Greenbone OpenVAS. I couldn't find any API within OpenVAS content, but there seem to be examples of doing this. How can I achieve this, and it would be great if I could do it with RestAPI.
A great video. I struggled with the docker compose, so if your starting a new server, just install the docker option from the Ubuntu setup, create your directory, then curl your docker-compse.yml and then docker up command and you're done.

No problem! I have not ran into this problem after any of the many installations. Is it blank? You can create a custom scan config but I would first start with deleting volumes/containers/images and restarting the entire process to see what the result is.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. I am actually recording another video hopefully tomorrow covering the scanning portion and in this video I can throw in a section on how to update the feeds. But really all you need to do if you followed the process I provided is replace the current docker images with the updated image. If just for testing you can just use sudo docker rmi 'image id' and then when you run sudo docker-compose up -d you will pull in the latest image that you had deleted, therefore updating the database with latest CVE's. Another option would be to create script that removes/pulls greatest image and use cronjob to automate it every night or whatever you prefer. Hope that helped get you on the right direction. Otherwise this week check back on the channel and I will cover it in the video in more detail.
Check the version of Java, check out my other minecraft video may help you get around this problem. There are multiple ways to spin up the server. I plan on recording a more recent video sometime soon.

Excellent video. A suggestion if I may, have the script ask for a user to copy from as opposed to a template. Yeah I know it’s basically the same thing but every support job I’ve had asks for a user to copy permissions from on their new employee form so not all access/permissions can be covered by a master template.
How different would this be if your Active Directory if fully cloud, I understand for exchange you can open up a PowerShell popup in the browser but that is a subscription based service so I was wondering if there was other ways around it. I am doing my own research but just in case you already know of some ways that would work.
Very nice! I will test it myself also. Thank you! For my org, we have multiple orgs and every org has its own OU and differ in some groups. So depending on what org I would choose, it then must copy the template created based for that org in the orgs OU.
