Wow! Reading some of these happy comments, I cannot wait to try this. I've had fluid in my ears on and off for decades, lately it's been really bad, my balance is all screwy, so I'm starting this now and hope to get some drainage. Thank you for this great video, I'm excited, happy to hear all the good comments on how this works.

I used this video over 12 years ago when my daughter was a baby. She had a 103 temp. I dod this massage and it went down to 99 in 30 min after she threw up mucus. She is almost 13 and hasn't had an ear infection since then and has never been on antibiotics. I have shared this video with everyone I know, plus in all the mom groups. This was a reason I went to massage therapy school and now am a certified lymphatic specialist for edema. Thank you Heather!
AHHHHH HOW DO I KEEP FINDING YOUR VIDEOS WHEN I NEED THEM 😅 I don't even go out of my way to search them out, they just show up in my searches when I'm not feeling well and even though this video is 13 years old and has been here this entire time, here I am watching and doing the exercises. And they're helping a bit with some ear pressure that occurred after a dentist appointment. I've been doing your lymphatic drainage massage for well over 10 years now and have shared it so many times, and this one is the next level that I didn't know existed. The lymphatic drainage massage, as I mentored in y ray video, made me cry the first time I food it because there was such a sudden rush of relief and I'll always be grateful. I suppose I should just go ahead and watch all the videos, right? lol where's the excitement in that? 😂 Really though, I should 🤦🏽♀️

I wanted to add that I've watched a lot of different videos on this subject and yours is the most helpful. All 4 points worked really good. I'm so relaxed I'm struggling to keep my eyes open as I type this.
I just woke up with completely clogged ears like never before from (probably COVID) and this give me literal instant relief my ears and nearly completely unclogged I'm SHOCKED!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I have menieres on my left ear and am deaf so when my right ear started going funny i was like noo.... dr said i have a middle ear infection so ive been taking antibiotics for 4 days but hearing still isnt back yet. Ive done one round of this and i could feel the fluid move as if my ear was trying to unblock itself!! Will try it again tomorrow, ill be back for an update!

Holy crap it works! I jave been suffering for a long time. I didn't even do thw full 50 pumps and I forgot a lot better. I thought I was doing it wrong, because I didn't "feel" anything, until I did lol. Awesome

This video has brought me so much relief! I'm about to share it with my friends and family (out of the blue) because I have a feeling that EVERYONE needs this in their arsenal. I had tension above my eye that I only recently suspected to be due to sinuses, since I hadn't had any congestion or previous sinus issues. My ear started to become full and my throat was starting to feel a little hoarse after a few weeks. Again, no congestion! I started this technique and immediately felt relief and LOTS of drainage even after the massage had ended. I just can't thank Miss Heather enough!
My sinus headache is gone and I can feel a mild draining happening. Wasnt expecting any relief honestly. Edit: now the next day, it looks like I only needed this massage once. My headache never came back. This pretty much cured the symptoms of my sinus infection in one go. Not sure what this does for the lymphatic system, but it miraculously created a downward flow from my corked up sinuses!
@@cashier6 Nope it didn't give me vertigo. I had a bad sinus infection following a cold. Maybe it could have relieved pressure in your ears. All that happened for me was at some point late into the massage, I noticed my sinuses were draining very slowly, and then my headache was gone forever and I just never had the pressure again while I was sick.

I haven’t caught anything contagious since 2017 but got sick this week!! I’m not sure if I have a cold or flu but I forgot how awful this feels…I used this massage in the past but sadly couldn’t find it for a while. This lymph massage by Heather is the BEST for sucking out stubborn mucus from sinuses!! The last few days, I could NOT sleep until 6 am, due to heavy congestion. 😭 I kept thinking about Star Trek hands🖖 and Heather’s face while trying to find this video again. Thought I had pinned this on Pinterest eons ago but couldn’t find it. I tried some other techniques as seen on RU-vid and the internet but they were useless!!
