I'm in wichita & would love to go on adventure on the Ark. My sister will go with me since it's not smart to go alone. I doubt u will tell me but I'm gonna ask, where do u go in at? I've looked on Google maps to try to find access but hard to see if there is. Anyway, just asking. Love ur videos since there are so few about my area. Thanks!!
I think between Wichita and Hutchinson there are quite a lot of places to go. When I first looked I just looked on Google maps at the bridges to see if there was good parking. I may be mistaken but I think Wichita has larger gravels which I think is neat. Just be aware there are a couple of homeless camps near the river in that area. I usually just go to the bridge that crosses just north of Haven. Carey Park in Hutchinson has some really nice access as well. Just be ready to get your feet wet 😁
The agates in my area have a certain look on the outside. Sometimes agates like from Montana would have windows that you could see banding etc. sometimes you can't tell at all until you cut it open though which makes it very exciting 😁
I live in Oregon and have a ton. But it is one of my favorite things to do is going out rock hounding agates. I live along the South Umpqua River in Oregon. Even better when it rains and you have sunshine, ooowee
I've only looked in Wichita once but I need to travel down there a bit more. I like being at the part of the river though where there aren't lots of people around too though 😁
@@myalterego2878 yeah it cuts through pretty much everything. It's just a regular diamond grit blade you can get at any big box store. If you're gonna be cutting my hand just make sure you don't buy a blade with the spaces. Continuous blades won't cut you
I have alot of agates i need help identifying including some type of brown jasper type stone with red and quartz veins running thruought ive found 4-5 like that
