This channel is about my journey of how I learned to fix my near-sighted vision (myopia), naturally with no surgery. I used to wear glasses with a prescription of (L) -5.00 -1.00 80 degree, and (R) -4.00. I learned that there was nothing wrong with my eyes, I just didn't know how to use them. I taught myself to see again clearly. Seeing clear was rather easy, but the journey was learning to see that way all the time to make it permanent.

My rebounder is in my living room. I don't have the long distances you show outside on your yard. My foreground and distance focal points would be much, much closer to me while jumping inside. Does the actual distance matter, and if so, what distances would you recommend for foreground objects and distant objects
I want to work on my eyes and improving them but can I wait until my eye appointment which is almost a year away now to get them checked? I can't afford to keep going to the doctor and getting a different prescription. I'm nearsighted and would never be able to drive without my glasses but I'm going to try to go without them around the house sometimes.
the question is why eye gets worse when you are a child even though you are playing outside constantly and in school looking at a board(focusing in distance). Now how could i improve my eyes doing the same thing as i did back in my childhood.

At the end of the video you say you were doing this rocking all day every day. But then when you were describing the exercise you said "don't over do it" - what did you mean by 'over do it'?

5 minutes on a trampoline can be very tiring. Start off with a couple rounds of 1 minute at a time and then work your way up to 5 minutes or longer over time.
People should switches the word " relaxation" to " comfort". We live way much better in comfort than relaxed. Relaxation sometimes is interpreted as lack of life, lack of willpower, lack of every thing that we desire. The way to turbo charge our mind and life manipulating dopamine and other good substances is creating mysteries, or unfold life secrets. Our mind works better when we focus in a good story.
