Understandably sugar intake is something to limit and control, but is it worth pointing out the "added sugar" contents vs the sugar that comes naturally from whole fruit and fruit juice? I enjoy teas and other drinks that'll usually use fruit juice as sweeteners. On top of eating fruit in general.
Wow nice video ❤ I have been using this Dr.Emovon on RU-vid cure remedy for 3 months now. So far, it has cured my bad breath and acid reflux energy and metabolism, in the morning I feel recharged and I no longer feel pain.#dremovon.🥳🥳
I have diverticulitis . I didn’t know about it. Then, one night, I was in severe pain. In my colon. I had a. Small growth in the area that became inflamed,. So it blocked my colon from getting rid of wastes. I had sharp pain . Then I was Abe to go ani went and I went a lot. I had stomach and colon and I had a little piece of food, maybe a seed . It was infected and I was dizzy and sickly .I had to stay in the hospital and they gave me IV antibiotics for about a week flareup was gone and I wasn’t sick anymore. Nobody told me about the diverticulosis, but I reticulitis Lee Grove was too small for them to cut out like they would call polyps mine was too small to cut out, so they gave me the antibiotics. I was better. It was right at the time when the Coronavirus or a starling I wasn’t afraid of being in the hospital. They have those poor souls in a different part of the building. My sister was afraid to visit me at all because of the Covid. I cried to tell the mix for Covid patients with a rake up the patient don’t have Covid. I wanna say it was too afraid to even come in the building. She’s a little oversensitive to get scared easily.

And several blown discs. I have OA in both knees. My knees hurt, the lock up when I try to walk now. My back has a herniated disc or two right where I’ve been and when you walk you feel it there as well and it made me who I have a bunch of asparagus and Anthony and then to top off this Sunday. I have a general anxiety but is through the roof and I’ve been on medication for that a benzodiazepine medication. I was on live fans off for my back but now I guess too. Too many people are overdosing on it because they are using it to get high! So people like me who are using it for pain wearing a three day pass for over three days sometime. Love you before I change it only one I need you we can’t have it make that make sense then they’re taking it off Klonopin being taken off for clarifying to quickly turn cause a lot of problems but I need those meds. I do not display any type of signs that I would abuse any medication’s, but they’re just gonna take me off everything away having severe anxiety attacks lol my back and knees are in severe pain. I don’t know if I can find a doctor or helping the pain gets too unbearable I might see if I can look into legal euthanasia legal euthanasia.
They say high fiber for prevention but i was eating a lot of celery for like 2 days straight, why IDK just was craving it with ranch… well 2 days later im in ER with this so i know for sure you can pinpoint what causes it. Then once i was eating a ton of pistachios for a few days in a row as I bought a huge bag 👉🏼ER
In 2014, I had a bowel obstruction. I had to have emergency surgery. The doctors never mentioned that I had diverticulosis. Years later, I order different medical records, and I see diverticulosis over and over again in my records. I started having extreme pain on the left sid last week.. Every time my bladder filled, the pain became worse until I relieved my bladder. I went to the hospital, and they told me that I had diverticulosis. The doctor explained that because the bladder and colon are in tmsame area, I feel pain in my bladder. The muscle spasms are horrible. I've been constipated since last week. I thought that I was dying. I don't understand why the doctors don't tell you that you have diverticulosis and that there is a possibility that you may get diverticulitus. I've already had the bowel obstruction. I've had continuous issues with constipation. If the doctors tell patients ahead of time, this would give you a chance to change your eating habits. Corn, peanuts, almonds, popcorn, and beans are all things that I eat frequently.
I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis in 2021. I was constantly going to the Doctor. Surgery was my last option. I had surgery in 2023. I feel so much better. Stay in contact with your doctor.
I finally got mine under control after years of suffering. My last flare up was so bad I almost passed out, was put on a strong antibiotic for 2 weeks, liquid diet, cleared it up. Since, I’ve modified my diet, I removed pretty much everything with seeds, hot spicy foods, added fiber, more water, less coffee, no alcohol!
So this was extremely helpful today! My sister is having an attack the first attack she had to go to the hospital that was released with antibiotic and diet. That was like 6 ,7 months ago . Now today she has woke up with cramping and not feeling good no fever still not feeling good. Definitely going to follow this diet the next few days. But can you tell me what she can take for pain. Over the counter just doesn't do the trick. Should she have a doctor just for situations to monitor her when she does have an attack and maybe get some pain medication when she does get an attack? I've told her I think she needs to have a doctor just to have a doctor for this disease. What do you recommend for pain relief for her? She is using heating pad rest fluids I just wish she wasn't in so much pain. Again your video was excellent very easy to understand just excellent thank you from a concerned sister
Im so happy you found it useful. I hope all goes well and there are better days ahead. Depending on where you are located there are different painkillers. But i certainly think someone needs to keep an eye on things!
I am currently in the midst of a very painful diverticulitis attack! I guess my searching the web for help & answers caused this video to appear on my iPad! I am glad as this was very helpful info! Thank you!
great video! i was under so much stress due to my sons addiction, homelessness etc for 25yrs! i lost 91/2 in of my colon. yes and also it is HEREDATORY
Please do elaborate. All videos are made evidence based and according to robust guidelines like NICE and my own experiences in practice. I do hope you found it helpful
@@clinicalchronicles Recent conclusions that seeds, nuts and popcorn are safe for diverticulitis patients to eat are based on only ONE study. (Strate LL, Liu YL, Syngal S, et al. Nut, corn, and popcorn consumption and the incidence of diverticular disease. JAMA. 2008;300:907-914.) I have had diverticulitis for over 25 years and lost 8" of my sigmoid colon to this disease. Every episode I have had of this disease can be traced back to ingesting nuts, either intentionally or unintentionally. I have been symptom-free for over 2 decades after surgery by increasing fiber in my diet and scrupulously avoiding seeds, nuts and popcorn. Last week I had my first diverticulitis infection in over 20 years and I am 100% certain it was caused by eating toffee that contained almonds of which I was unaware at the time. No single study will ever convince me that seeds, nuts and popcorn are safe to eat with this condition. And NO antibiotics for diverticulitis? That's just absurd. Perhaps some flare-ups can be treated without antibiotics if no infection has set up in your colon already, but other cases cannot be remediated without them. My original incidence of diverticulitis was treated with antibiotics, but not enough to completely eradicate the infection. I would relapse weeks after a course of antibiotics and was eventually rushed into emergency surgery when my sigmoid colon became too damaged to save. All because no one ever checked to ensure that the antibiotics had actually stopped the infection. I'm taking Cipro again with this latest attack because it's still the standard of care for this disease and the only way to reverse it's course if the colon is already inflamed and infected. To suggest that they are not needed at all in the treatment of this disease is simply wrong. I will take decades of my own personal experience and volumes of past medical research over the latest "study" or "thinking" about this disease any day.
In no way did I suggest that antibiotics are not needed. There is a time and place for everything. And the same goes for nuts and so on. Your case is unique to you. I am sure there are diverticular disease sufferers who have no issues with nuts - and the examples can go on and on. To say the content which is evidence based is wrong based on your own unique circumstances is not right, as there are others who react differently to different things. I am glad you found what works for you, that is what is most important.
Yup Terrible Always changing my diet Scared and sad Knowing what my intestines look like s the worse And permanent damage. And facing a death …related to it sooner or later
In the year 2024, and the experts still have differing opinions on fiber! Crazy! Thousands of carnivores worldwide consume zero to very little fiber, without any problems.
A comment I addressed on a prior comment. The difference mainly being the layer of the tissue affected. I think the rest of the video has some good info. Hope you found it helpful
These are on wall flat , have to scrap off. Not going through that again. I eat everything, No gall bladder , cant get to bathroom fast enough 😳 just live life as best you can. I stay home a lot . Take herbs, vitamins. I do lots
I disagree with this. High fibre is good for me non-solluable fiber is not. For instance corn. Corn causes diverticulitis flare ups for me. Probably because the corn gets lodged in the pouches. I think that's the key difference.... High fibre good. Insoluble /very hard to digest food like corn... Bad.
Doc just diagnosed my mother with this. They said no carbs, fiber or sugar. This video says eat fiber 😂😂😂 They pretty much told her to fast for two weeks without saying "fast" They also didn't provide a diet. Told her to go to a gastrologist. Well that can take weeks to get an appointment, so what does she do now? If you are capable of diagnosis, you should be able to pull up information about a F-ing diet for someone. Also the mis-treatment of patients. Leaving an old woman in bed to piss herself. Then when you come in treat her like she's a burden act rude. This happened to the elderly lady next to my mother. I wasn't there, If I was I'd probably be arrested right now. I'm a military vet so I know about the sacrifice when it comes to aiding others. I acted with professionalism even when a know threat was relevant. So from one public servant to another - they need to learn how to tighten up their shit or be removed from this field. I think they feel untouchable so they freely act this way. It needs to stop now. Rant over...
I have been facing this issue for almost a year now and also dry mouth. I first thought it was from mouth so I got my teeth cleaned and the dentist assured me that it will cure the bad breath but it didn't. I have gerd issues but that is normal from a while and I also think I have sinus because I usually have running nose when I get up and a kind of irritation in nose. At work I have to talk to many people and it kills my confidence when they rub their nose. I just forget what I was talking about and it is creating problems for me. I brush my teeth twice a day. Eat chewing gums all day and keep my mouth hydrated by drinking water yet this shit isn't going away. until I meant Dr Emovon on RU-vid. May your days be full of good health just like you help me got rid of my bad breath and acid reflux problem. Thank you for doing a good job Dr Emovon on RU-vid, I’m grateful......
Great video....im suffering from a flare up and it's not going away...no fever or unbearable pain....just bloating, mild pain and spasms in my gut...im on a liquid fast now and its been 2 days.... Question is how long should I stay on the liquid fast and when I come off should I still feel the discomfort even going into the soft diet.... I'd really appreciate it if I could get answer or some advice....a week ago I fasted for just 2 days went on a soft diet and it still felt the same...no better .... same bloating and pain and lose of appetite
