I left the US at 16 on a study abroad against my parents wishes. I went back for college and then I moved for good. My parents are still there, but I’ve been here so long that I’ve here longer than there. I watch your channel and interviews but I realize I made a good decision very early. Best of luck to you as always
That was helpful. I’m hoping to get the courage to try a 50cc one next time I’m in Việt Nam, though not in Sài Gòn, but maybe in less busy place like Vũng Tàu or Quy Nhơn.
The biggest reason why I wouldn’t personally drive in Vietnam is the lack of driving rules and regulations, and not being used to the roads and the way local people drive….not worth the risk in my opinion
Watching from Vancouver,B.C🇨🇦 job well done brother❤explore your fashion with your head held high!best of luck hope one day i can quit with my job and be able to settle back at home🇵🇭 too!theres no place like home❤
It is WAY MORE EXPENSIVE to live in Denmark, that is if you're Danish with a decent job, but as this lady figured out, you can get massive support from the Danish govt which is why migrants have been streaming across the Danish borders for years; it's probably one of the biggest ($$$) welfare states in the world and that of course make the taxes there sky-high.
In 5 minutes you had 3 near collisions 😂 Definitely people shouldn't be driving in Saigon, try somewhere like Da Nang or Nha Trang where the traffic is less chaotic
I am enjoying your content. Keep up the good work. I spent eight weeks in VN this year, and decided to sell everything and relocate to Saigon. One way ticket purchased and I will arrive in 5 weeks! 😎 Keep making these type videos, they really help people that are in the research phase of relocating.
You know life ain't easy, but Canadians like you are good people. Canada is going through a rough patch for sure, but it's a great time to explore the world and see what else is out there. Whether you decide to stay in VN, go somewhere else, or even choose to come back to Canada one day (don't forget it's a huge country, a lot bigger than just BC!) the world will be a better place for it. At the end of the day good things only come from good people :) I also don't live in Canada anymore but this quote often makes me think about home: "We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time."
Asians & muslims just can`t feel integrated in countries like Denmark because according to new science we prefer to see & interact with our own people i.e people who looks like us selves. This goes for all people & races.
Bro, I live in WA, just 2hrs drive from BC lol. Just driving around there and seeing all the lambos and beyond crazy rich asians made me depressed. How can any normal citizen live there when these crazy rich people come to your place and raise the cost of everything. It is unstainable to have any type of future in BC, unless you are a crazy rich chinese. I bet BC feels hella materialistic because everyone is trying to immitate these lavish lifestyle portrayed by these people. Fuck those lambos, 2-5k USD is enough to buy a cool motorbike in VN and go enjoy life lol.
Your videos make me so happy! Someone please tell her the house isn't messy! It's so neat for a home with 2 young kids! No reason to be self-conscious at all! Thanks for the tour!
Fantastic interview! Thanks to you and your guest! This is so heartwarming and is a big inspiration for others thinking of pursuing happiness in a different country.
Thank you for posting this. I am a Canadian as well. Like your parents, I moved here and became Canadian. It doesn't take long to get sucked into the system and get lost in trying to get by. Many are unhappy here but crippled by the idea of moving back to their home countries or moving to another place that could potentially make them happier. You are doing it slowly but surely, and we're all rooting for you! Best wishes from Vancouver! You're not missing anything out here!
The "Fake Alpha" syndrome. Didn't make it in America or Canada (regardless of the delusional claims) but an actual someone in a developing country because he/she is treated as someone by people who are struggling. A few come over and are very grateful but a majority suffer from this.
Where there's a will there's a way. Put your heart and soul into what you love to do, and you'll be fine. Stay strong Peter! Vietnam is a quite strange country. "It grabs you and doesn't let you go. Once you love it, you love it forever."
