Here you go: Castella Cake Ingredients: 8 pcs of Eggs 125g Milk 70g Oil 150g Flour 70g Sugar 4g Cocoa Powder 2 tsp of White Vinegar 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp of corn flour Mix preheated oil (slightly warm) and milk Add in flour Add in egg yolk Mix well Using separate bowl, add egg whites Add 2 tsp of white vinegar & 1 tsp vanilla essence Add sugar (divided into 3 portions) Whisk until soft peak foam formed Take one quarter of egg white to mix evenly w egg yolk batter Pour in the rest of egg white foam and mix well For decoration Add Cocoa Powder with 2 tbsp of batter Pump and decorate accordingly Temperature: 140 degree C Time: 20 - 25mins
