Hi Aunty Amy. My late mum added egg to the meat ball and it was so aromatic & delicious. But I never got to learn how to do it from her. I tried but not the same like she did it. Can you try doing it?
Hi Patrick, yes some people add eggs into the meat mixture but it will also make the meat more soggy which will need to add more corn flour to balance it. It’s only more worth adding if ure making the meatball in bigger portion to one egg.
hi, aunty amy; i like your recipes very much coz you deliver them in a very simple and systematic way. However i would like to point out a mistake in the amount of garlic should be 3 cloves instead of bulb (i cant imagine how the taste will be like with 3 bulbs of garlic ^^ haha) another thing is the sweet soy sauce does it refer to kicap manis? tks once again for your hardwork and delicious recipes :D
Hahah thank you for your correction. I sometimes says the wrong thing, my bad. As for the sweet soy sauce, I’m using hand flower brand. Their soy sauce are sweet and fragrant. Different from kicap manis which is slightly thicker but not as fragrant. Hope my explanation helps❤️ and happy cooking
