Hi Coach Ruth ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated
I really liked this workout. I’ve fallen out of shape and this was a good overall body workout and cardio. I did modify on the front jump. I’ll work up to it. Thank you for your positive words also!
