We have been splitting and burning firewood in central Indiana to supplement our heat since 2010. We started a RU-vid channel in July 2021. We are now not only splitting for ourselves but also selling some firewood in our community. Our name comes from our children's initials, K and L. We enjoy being outside as a family, making firewood, and firewood videos we hope you'll enjoy. Our channel will feature firewood production, log splitters, an outdoor wood boiler, tractors, chainsaws, useful firewood tools, life lessons, laughs, and hopefully lots of fun memories.

There are a lot of different styles of grapples each with strong and weak points. This looks like a really nice grapple Mike. Look forward to seeing you use it a bit more.
Hey Mike, that Stinger grapple looks really nice. Since I talked about getting my grapple fixed. Yesterday my Case motor started smoking like crazy. Had a guy stop out and it needs a complete overhaul. I only have 1232 hours on it. Always check things out for maintenance. Man this is not good. Expensive repair. Should hear prices next week. I hope your equipment holds up better than mine. Thanks for the info on the grapple. Tomorrow the sun will come up again and things will keep going. Thanks for listening.
Nice grapple mike!! They did a smooth job routing those hoses. I’ve never heard of stinger attachments until this video! Grapples are a tractor’s best friend!!

Hi York! I have a Titan Attachments log grapple too. It's built just like the Frost Bite with the single clamp in the middle. This one is just so much more versatile.

Looks like a nice grapple. I got one in my sub compact definitely makes moving around large rounds nice. I looking for one for my skid steer I leaning towards a rock bucket. None them are perfect for everything
@@KNLFirewood I like to be able to scoop up rounds brush and logs. I got little single clamp on my small tractor. Very seldom can pick up more one round of wood. So double clamp definitely nice.

Maybe I should make a 2 hour loop like they do at Christmas time with a burning and crackling fire but mine will be with the box wedge splitting out chunks! 🤣. I'm doing it!

Ive got a 32 inch bar on my 661c, love the saw!! I try to keep wedges handy for the big rounds, cause they seem to close up the closer to the bottom you get!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
You combine that Easton made with our hopper feeder and a guy could sit in a chair all day sending wood . I bet a guy could do over 10 full cord a day with that set up and never crack a sweat .

DON’T FORGET THE SUGAR . went running a STIHL look 👀 way it come from Germany 🇩🇪. make from WW1 junk if you ask me work one day them down the next day . Might make lobster trap weight in a cove .
Have to get Chris from the wood 🪵 yard come over with his 5 foot 🦶 bar take that a joke . All you need is a 32” bar Mike we cut cedar and fir 4’5’6’7’ ect with us 32 “ bar . Your hardwood look 👀 to be 28” inch around 18” bar be way to much to buck that little limb . Give me 16” bar can drop 4’ timber easy in the forest 🌳. 😊 long bar are for stand and buckin Mike 😊.
