If you don't mind me asking but am curious to how tall you are? I'm 5'5" & my weight goal is 175 lbs is why I ask.

My arms look just like your arms & I also have lost & gained, up & down for years. Like you my arms definitely bother me more than any other area of my body. I am hoping & praying to one day get the arm lift surgery as well. Very happy & excited for you, what a freeing feeling it will be once it's all done! Prayers 🙏♥

Try cucumber water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and eat jaggery after a meal it helps with the bloating

never tried a burger 🍔 salad 🥗! that’s pretty dope ! Instead of me wanting a big juicy burger, I can do a burger salad , I think that would make me happy, not guilty and miserable like a fat juicy burger would.
