Hovering table top with leg extension
Leg pull down
Puppy stretch
Tricep press
Donkey kick
Bird dog variations
Child’s Pose
Seated Forward Bend
Abs:
Roll up with knee pull
Bridge with abdominal curl
The hundred modified
Twist with toe taps
Side Lying:
Crunch
Kick front/ back
Circles
Forearm plank
Swan modified
Wind down:
Hip stretch
Hamstring stretch
Windshield wipers
Reclined butterfly
