I’m a Pilates instructor, and this is a 20-minute full-body Pilates inspired workout: you will flow seamlessly through the strengthening and toning exercises and feel fabulous afterwards.
No equipment needed!

Warm-up:
Reaching with arms in a T-shape
Rotation with hands in a prayer position
Lunge with arms reach
Arm circles
Down dog
Cat-cow
Child’s pose to plank
Spine extension
Side plank side to side
Side plank with toe taps
Elbow down leg circles
Forearm down leg extension
Roll down variation
Abs with butterfly legs
Curl up with leg circles
Criss cross
Side lying leg lifts
Side forearm plank with rotation
Sidebend
Forearm plank with pedaling
Spine extension in prone with clasping the hands
Stretching:
Tricep stretch
Figure 4 variations
Twist
Reclined butterfly
